An apparatus for preparing a cosmetic composition containing an emulsion substance formed by instant emulsification through a microfluidic channel is provided. The apparatus includes a housing defining the appearance of the apparatus and installed with a pump on one side, the pump being operated by a user; an external-phase chamber provided in the housing, and storing an external-phase fluid forming the external phase of the emulsion substance; a dispersed-phase chamber provided in the housing, and storing a dispersed-phase fluid forming the dispersed phase of the emulsion substance. The apparatus further includes a microfluidic channel providing a path for the external-phase fluid and the dispersed-phase fluid to flow for forming the emulsion substance by combining the external-phase fluid with the dispersed-phase fluid; and a tube for discharging the emulsion substance from the microfluidic channel.

Proposed is a cosmetic container cap with a duo-mix function, including a body part in which a female fastening portion is formed below a chamber where an accommodation space is formed to accommodate a first cosmetic content of liquid or powder so as to be fastened to a male fastening portion, and having a hollow dip tube formed to extend downward from the chamber, a pumping member coupled to the chamber to press down the first cosmetic content toward the container to be mixed with a second cosmetic content inside the container, and configured to pump a cosmetic mixture in which the first cosmetic content and the second cosmetic content are mixed into the dip tube and the chamber to be discharged outside, and a dip tube sealing means for closing and opening the dip tube so that the first cosmetic content and the second cosmetic content are mixed.

An apparatus and a method for manufacturing instantly emulsified cosmetics is disclosed. The apparatus comprises: a housing; a pump in the housing for discharging an instantly emulsified emulsion outside of the housing; a first container in the housing for storing an internal fluid; a second container in the housing for storing a functional fluid including a functional raw material; a third container in the housing for storing an external fluid; a channel part in the housing for receiving the external fluid, the internal fluid and the functional fluid generate an emulsion; and a tube provides the pump with the emulsion generated in the channel part, wherein the channel part includes: a first channel for mixing the internal fluid and the functional fluid to generate a mixed fluid; and a second channel for mixing the mixed fluid provided from the first channel and the external fluid to generate an emulsion.
Dispensing assembly including an additive mixing device
A dispensing system (2000), includes a container (900) containing a flowable base formulation (910) to be dispensed, an additive mixing device (2004), and an actuable pump engine (2002) which draws the flowable base formulation from the container and pumps it through the mixing device. The additive mixing device includes a body (2022) with an internal cavity (2052), an additive ingredient (2054) within the cavity, and a flow path/mixing chamber (2058) between an input and an output. With each pump of the device (2004) the additive ingredient is introduced into, and mixed with, a flow of the base formulation traveling through the mixing device. Multiple additive mixing devices (2004) may be interchangeable for different formulations, and the mixing devices may be refillable.

A multi-compartment sprayer with a main body and an outer casing and which houses a plurality of conduits intended for containing fluids to be sprayed independently. It includes movable equipment having a rotary movement assembly which rotates about a guide shaft of the sprayer and allows selecting the product to be sprayed and has an unlocking movement assembly configured to move axially in the direction of the guide shaft. Likewise, the sprayer includes fixed equipment with a fixed casing inside which the movement assemblies are arranged and with an actuating trigger and a locking button to allow/prevent the change of nozzles for product selection.
Flushing dispensers for delivering a consistent consumer experience
A process for flushing a dispenser that dispenses liquids, especially perfumes, containing microcapsules. The dispenser has a first reservoir for a first composition containing microcapsules and a second reservoir for a second composition containing a volatile solvent. The dispenser also has a swirl chamber and a premix chamber. The process simultaneously pumps the first and second compositions into the premix chamber and then into the swirl chamber. The pumping of the first composition is halted while the pumping of the second composition continues, and this provides an extra volume of the volatile solvent, which flushes the dispenser to prevent clogging by the microcapsules.

A dispensing system includes a container containing a flowable base formulation to be dispensed, an additive mixing device, and an actuable pump engine which draws the flowable base formulation from the container and pumps it through the mixing device. The additive mixing device includes a body with an internal cavity, an additive ingredient within the cavity, and a flow path/mixing chamber between an input and an output. With each pump of the device the additive ingredient is introduced into, and mixed with, a flow of the base formulation traveling through the mixing device. The cosmetic container assembly includes a plurality of cosmetic containers, each of which includes a container and a pump dispenser capable of pumping and extruding the contents in the container through a piston rods, a base including a button-supporting shaft, a press plate, through which the button-supporting shaft extends, the press plate including connection ports fitted over the piston rods, a discharge port, discharge channels connecting the connection ports with the discharge port, and a support shaft, and a lever push button, which presses the support shaft and the press plate and thus simultaneously presses the pump dispensers to perform a pumping action when the lever push button is pressed.
