A vessel cap of cosmetics includes a coupling member formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof with a female screw part such that the female screw part is engaged with a male screw part formed on an outer circumferential surface of an opening formed in an upper portion of a vessel which receives liquid-phase contents, a spuit tube which is coupled to the coupling member to suck and discharge the contents received in the vessel, and a pumping unit of the spuit tube, which sucks the contents into the spuit tube after inserting the spuit tube into the vessel in a state that internal air of the spuit tube is partially discharged. The spuit tube is inserted into high-viscosity and liquid-phase contents received in the vessel after the internal air is discharged from the spuit tube, thereby previously preventing the discharged air from being introduced into the spuit tube.

Nebulizer

A nebulizer includes an insertable container and a counter device for counting operations of the nebulizer. The nebulizer can be opened for replacing the container. The counter devices blocks opening of the nebulizer until a predetermined number for operations has been reached.

Inhalation atomizer comprising a blocking function and a counter

The invention is directed to an inhalation atomizer comprising a counter and a blocking function. Counter rotates each time the atomizer is actuated. The blocking function includes a first protrusion on the counter and a second protrusion on a lower unit of the atomizer. Once the predetermined number of actuations has been achieved, the first protrusion encounters the second protrusion and prevents further rotation of the counter so that the atomizer is blocked from further use.

SPRAY DEVICE AND METHODS OF ASSEMBLY AND USE

A spray device includes a bottle portion, a sleeve, and an engine The engine includes a spring that when compressed pressurizes a chamber containing a dispensable amount of fluid from the bottle portion. The sleeve and the engine are configured to be torquable onto the bottle without compressing the spring. Rotation of the sleeve relative to the bottle by a user pressurizes a chamber containing fluid from the bottle. Auditory and/or tactile feedback is provided to the user during rotation of the sleeve thereby allowing the user to select an amount of the fluid to be dispensed. The engine includes a main spring that when compressed pressurizes a chamber containing a dispensable amount of fluid from the bottle. The spring is enclosed between a cup and a cap, which have been fused together.

AEROSOL UNIT

An aerosol unit for an aerosol dispenser, which aerosol unit comprises an axially oriented body, having a distal inlet part and a proximal outlet part; a carrier member arranged in the body, transversally to the axis between the inlet part and the outlet part; and wherein the carrier member comprises through-holes which place the inlet part in fluid communication with the outlet part, and wherein the carrier member is insert-moulded into the body such that a contact surface between the carrier and the body forms an air-tight seal.

Assembly method of apparatus for pressurized liquid transfusion

An assembly method of an apparatus suitable for pressurized liquid transfusion is disclosed. In one step, a nozzle is to be inserted into the through hole of an elastomeric ring. Because the dimension of the nozzle is larger than the through hole, the internal wall of the elastomeric ring is tensioned and deformed so as to fit the nozzle. In one step, the elastomeric ring along with the nozzle is inserted into a receptacle. The dimension of the outer contour of the elastomeric ring needs to be decreased so as to be accommodated by the receptacle. Due to the flexibility of the elastomeric ring, it resumes at least partially to its original shape. Therefore, proper seal is created and maintained between the elastomeric ring and the nozzle such that leakage and pressure loss may be prevented. The foregoing is capable of working under high-pressured environment for prolonged use.

Apparatus for pressurized liquid transfusion

An apparatus suitable for pressurized liquid transfusion is disclosed. The apparatus includes a nozzle assembly enclosed by the combination of a casing and a check nut. The nozzle assembly includes an elastomeric ring and a nozzle received by the combination of a cap and a receptacle. The elastomeric ring surrounds the nozzle and a proper seal is created therebetween. The dimension of the internal contour of the elastomeric ring is a bit smaller than the nozzle. The elastomeric ring is stretched so as to receive the nozzle. Additional processing may be applied to the elastomeric ring to achieve a different type of proper seal. Pressurized liquid passes through the apparatus so as to be transfused. The aforementioned seal serves to avoid leakage or pressure loss at the apparatus so as to avoid undesired aerosolization effects of an aerosolizer the apparatus is installed in.
