The bladder is in a liquid tight engagement with the container and the product contained in the container is adapted to flow into the bladder. The rigid stopper is disposed within the flexible bladder and comprises a top end, and at least one sidewall extending downwardly from the top end, and terminates in an open bottom end. The stopper comprises a plurality of through holes.
HIGH-PRESSURE PRE-COMPRESSION PUMP
Pump for dispensing a fluid product, having a piston having a pump chamber and an inlet and outlet valve. The outlet valve has an outlet valve element that slides inside the pump chamber. The pump chamber has a passage so that, at the end of actuation, the outlet valve element collaborates non-sealingly with the passage to open the outlet valve to expel product. The inlet valve has an inlet valve element sliding in a sleeve containing a spring pressing against the inlet valve element and against an end wall of the sleeve. The outlet valve element is formed by a component inserted with the ability to move into the piston, with the interposition of a second spring, the force exerted by the second spring is greater than the force exerted by the spring in the rest position, and less than the force exerted by the spring in the actuated position.
PUMP FOR DISPENSING A FLUID
A pump for dispensing a fluid, has a pump head , a piston body with a piston, a pump chamber limited by a pump chamber body, an inlet valve and an outlet valve, the piston being moveable by respective movement of the pump head between an upper starting position and a lower end position. A return stroke force for a return stroke from the lower end position into the upper starting position is provided by a bellows, formed by two bellows arranged one above the other, Each of the bellows is folded up, when moving the pump head into the lower end position, by exerting a compression force on the pump head, the first bellows receiving the compression force by direct engagement with the pump head, the second bellows receiving the compression force only by engagement with the first bellows.
All-plastic liquid dispenser
A liquid dispenser, having a large ring, a connecting cover, and a hollow pump frame, the pump frame is movably clamped to the interior of the large ring, the top of the pump frame extends to the outer side of the top of the large circle, a bottom protruding portion of the connecting cover extends into a top groove of the pump frame so as to be movably clamped thereto, a first air outlet is provided on both sides of the bottom of the connecting cover, and a second air outlet in communication with the first air outlet is provided to penetrate through the pump frame. The first air outlet, the second air outlet, the first liquid outlet, and the second liquid outlet can be opened and closed by rotating the connecting cover to change a position relationship between the connecting cover and the pump frame.
DISCHARGE HEAD FOR A METERING DISPENSER AND A METERING DISPENSER
A metering dispenser for simultaneously or selectively discharging two media, including an outlet opening, a first reservoir for a first medium, a first metering-conveyor device for conveying the first medium from the first reservoir, a second reservoir for a second medium, a second metering-conveyor device for conveying the second medium from the second reservoir, a mixing chamber arranged upstream of the outlet opening and in which the first medium, conveyed by the first metering-conveyor device, and/or second medium, conveyed by the second metering-conveyor device, is stored temporarily, and an output-conveyor device for conveying the medium or media from the mixing chamber to the outlet opening. The first metering-conveyor device has the form of a metering-pump device with a variable-volume metering chamber, an inlet fluidically connected to the first reservoir and having an inlet valve, and an outlet fluidically connected to the mixing chamber and having an outlet valve.
Fluid dispenser having a one-way valve, pump, variable-volume storage chamber, and a needle penetrable and laser resealable portion
A dispenser for dispensing a fluid includes a rigid vial that has a main fluid chamber containing a fluid, and a pump assembly that is in fluid communication with the main fluid chamber and is configured to dispense a predetermined quantity of fluid from the main fluid chamber. A flexible bladder is provided which is located within the main fluid chamber and is configured to expand to fill the ullage created within the main fluid chamber during dispensing of fluid by the pump assembly. The resilient bladder tends to force itself outwardly toward the rigid vial and, in turn, increases the pressure within the main fluid chamber in comparison to the interior of the bladder to thereby prevent the ingress of air or vapors through the bladder or otherwise into the main fluid chamber.
FLUID DISPENSER
A fluid dispenser device including an outlet, a pocket having an interior volume for containing a fluid, the interior volume being delimited at least in part by a movable wall, a reservoir arranged to contain the fluid, a pocket cap, a cavity, a reservoir orifice joining the reservoir and the cavity; wherein the pocket cap is arranged to be mounted by insertion in the cavity of the device so as to be mounted by extending: —by passing through the pocket at least partially while passing through the movable wall or—by going along the pocket at least partially, the device comprising an inlet orifice arranged to insert the pocket cap into the device from the outside of the device and opening into the cavity.
Extended Emission Time Liquid Sprayer
A liquid sprayer apparatus includes a multi-chamber spray mechanism, with at least one chamber being adapted to accumulate pressurized fluid for dispensation over an extended time period. The liquid sprayer apparatus is capable of emitting a liquid spray over a period of time that is substantially greater than a manual pump action applied to the trigger.
HIGH-PRESSURE PRE-COMPRESSION PUMP
The invention relates to a pump comprising a piston (1) which slides in a body (3) having a chamber (5) defined between an inlet valve (11) and an outlet valve (12), comprising an outlet valve element sliding during actuation in a sealed manner in the chamber (5), which comprises passage means (40) such that, at the end of the actuation, said outlet valve element (39) cooperates in a non-sealing manner with said passage means (40) in order to open said outlet valve (12), said inlet valve (11) comprising an inlet valve element (10) which slides after closure of the inlet valve (11) in a sleeve (9) of the body (3) having a reduced diameter and containing a spring (20) bearing on said inlet valve element (10) and on a bottom of said sleeve (9), said spring (20) returning the piston (1) into its rest position, said sleeve (9) having an inner diameter of less than 4.2 mm, said spring (20) having a force of at least 20 N, so that said pump delivers said fluid product at a pressure (P) of at least 15 bars.
