CERAMIC COATING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A ceramic coating system using an atmospheric pressure plasma generator is provided, which includes a vacuum chamber configured to maintain a vacuum therein, a support disposed inside the vacuum chamber and fixedly supporting a substrate, a plasma generator that generates active species through plasma discharge and includes a nozzle part wherein at least a portion of the nozzle part is disposed to face the substrate inside the vacuum chamber, and a particle providing apparatus that transfers ceramic particles to one side of the nozzle part.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MONITORING SPRAY QUALITY
A monitoring system for an agricultural sprayer includes a spray nozzle, a pressure sensor, a flow rate sensor, and control circuitry. The spray nozzle is configured to generate a spray of a fluid, the pressure sensor is adjacent to the spray nozzle and is configured to measure a pressure of the fluid sprayed by the spray nozzle, and the flow rate sensor is adjacent to the spray nozzle and is configured to measure a flow rate of the fluid sprayed by the spray nozzle. The control circuitry is configured to receive the measured pressure from the pressure sensor, receive the measured flow rate from the flow rate sensor, and cause a user interface to display the measured pressure and the measured flow rate. Related methods and systems are also disclosed.
HAIRCARE DEVICE
A hair care device according to the present disclosure includes a tank that stores a liquid, a liquid feed pump that outputs the liquid stored in the tank, and a controller that controls an output of the liquid feed pump. The hair care device according to the present disclosure further includes a detector that detects torque of the liquid feed pump. The controller adjusts the output of the liquid feed pump based on a detection value of the detector. Thus, the hair care device that suitably sprays a cosmetic component is provided.
HAIR CARE DEVICE
A hair care device according to the present disclosure includes a tank that stores a liquid, a pump that outputs the liquid stored in the tank, and a controller that controls an output of the pump. The hair care device according to the present disclosure further includes a detector that detects swing of the hair care device. The controller adjusts the output of the pump based on a detection value of the detector. Thus, the hair care device that suitably sprays a cosmetic component is provided.
PLASMA-BASED SUSPENSION COATING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A suspension coating system using an atmospheric pressure plasma generator includes a support that fixedly supports a substrate, a plasma generator that generates active species through plasma discharge, and includes a nozzle unit of which at least a portion is disposed to face the substrate, and a suspension providing device that transfers a suspension including nanoparticles and a binder to one side of the nozzle unit.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE GROUND SPEED OF AN AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER DURING A TURN
An agricultural sprayer includes a computing system configured to receive a first input associated with a target application rate at which agricultural fluid is to be dispensed onto the field. Moreover, the computing system is configured to receive a second input associated with a turn being made or to be made by the sprayer. Additionally, the computing system is configured to determine a maximum ground speed for the turn at which a selected nozzle dispenses the agricultural fluid onto the field at the target application rate based on the received first and second inputs. Furthermore, when the turn is being made, the computing system is configured to control an operation of the sprayer such that the ground speed of the sprayer is at or below the determined maximum ground speed.
Spraying device
The invention relates to a device and method for applying a spraying means using a portable spraying device.
MIST DEPOSITION APPARATUS AND MIST DEPOSITION METHOD
A deposition apparatus supplies mist containing fine particles to a substrate and forms a film including the fine particles on a substrate surface, and includes an air guide member that covers at least a portion of the substrate surface, and a mist supplying section that supplies mist to a space between the substrate surface and the air guide member. The mist supplying section includes a charge applying section, which applies a positive or negative charge to the mist, and a mist ejecting section, which ejects the mist charged by the mist applying section into the space. The air guide member has a wall surface facing the substrate surface, and the deposition apparatus includes an electrostatic field generating section that causes a potential having a same sign as the mist charged by the charge applying section to be generated by the wall surface.
SPRAY APPLICATOR AND SPRAY UNIT
A spray applicator (1) for spraying a fluid onto a web (W) of material has a first group of spray nozzles (10A) arranged along a first axis (FA) and a second group of spray nozzles (11A) arranged along a second axis (SA). The first (FA) and second (SA) spray nozzle axes are arranged on the same side of a plane in which the web (W) is run. Each spray nozzle (10A, 11A) has an elongated spray opening configured to spray fluid in a direction towards the web (W). The first spray nozzle opening of the first group of spray ozzles (10A) has an inclination angle which differs from the second nozzle opening inclination angle of the second group of spray nozzles (11A).
