Lubricant spraying apparatus and method for treating inner surfaces of insertion and assembly aids in a packing station
The invention relates to a lubricant spray system and to a lubricant application method for treating the inner surfaces of insertion and assembly aids in a packing station. In order to efficiently treat the the inner surfaces of hollow bodies with continuous openings with the lubricant spray using the lubricant spray system, a combination of related methods and systems of the lubricant application and use in a system with directly consecutive steps is required. The lubricant spray system (1), which is equipped with a suction device, comprises a spray station (2), a mounting station (4) and a spray station (3) between which an adjustment and sliding frame element (5), designed as an insertion and mounting aid, is arranged. According to the invention, after spraying the lubricant (20), the parts to be introduced into the hollow body openings can be subsequently inserted and slidingly moved (22) in a smooth and damage-free manner A particular area of application is the packaging of battery plate packs (13) in battery containers (14).

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HANDLING AND PAINTING DOORS
A system is provided for utilizing a track for moving doors into position to be coated and subsequently removing the doors once coated.
OVERSPRAY-FREE PAINT SYSTEM INCLUDING AGV/AMR-BASED FIXTURE LIFTING, POSITIOINING AND ORIENTING
A robotic lifting and orienting system for an overspray-free paint system includes: a base coupled to wheels; and an automated carrier coupled to the base. The automated carrier includes: a fixture assembly configured to hold an object to be painted; one or more manipulators configured to move the fixture assembly relative to a paint robot; a propulsion system connected to the wheels and configured to move the robotic lifting and orienting system; and a control module configured to control the one or more manipulators and the propulsion system to control positioning and orienting of the object relative to at least one of the paint robot and an overspray-free paint applicator of the paint robot.
Electrode assembly for an electrostatic atomizer
Various exemplary illustrations of an electrode assembly for an electrostatic atomizer, for example for a rotation atomizer, and exemplary methods of making and/or using the same, are disclosed. An exemplary electrode assembly may not include an electrode holder arrangement for holding at least one electrode creating an electrostatic field about a symmetrical axis, wherein there is dielectric material for influencing a discharge current component extending in the direction of the symmetrical axis.
APPLICATION DEVICE FOR APPLYING A FLUID PRODUCT WHOSE DOSING FLOW DEPENDS ON THE SPEED OF AN OPENING THROUGH WHICH THE FLUID PRODUCT IS OUTPUT
An application device for applying at least one fluid product on a substrate, including an application member having an outlet orifice for the fluid product(s) outside the application device and, for at least one fluid product, an adjusting member able to adjust a dosing flow of the fluid product through the outlet orifice as a function of a command input of the adjusting member provided by a command module, the application device also including a speed measuring device able to determine a measured speed of the outlet orifice relative to an inertial reference, the command module being configured to determine the command input as a function of the measured speed.
Flexible articulating painting stand for vehicle bumpers
A painting stand for vehicle bumpers includes a base frame supported by a plurality of casters together with a vertically supported post. A post extension is telescopically supported within the vertical post and is adjustable in its elevation. The upper end of the post extension is coupled to a support, to which is coupled a pivoting support rack. The support rack is comprised of upper and lower transverse/horizontal member(s). These transverse members are rigid in the middle and semi-rigid at both ends and serve as a mounting surface to which bumpers in need of paint or repair are affixed. The support rack's unique configuration allows the operator to easily affix and detach a wide variety of bumper shapes and sizes to the stand quickly and efficiently. Said support rack pivots. The pivoting function of the support rack is actuated and controlled by a foot pedal connected to the support rack by a cable.
