The fixture body includes a fixed platform and a plurality of clamping claws arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the fixed platform. The clamping claws are configured to clamp an outer rim of a hub. The plurality of clamping claws are connected to a driving member by using a linkage, and the driving member drives the clamping claws to radially move along the fixed platform. The positioning apparatus includes a movable platform slidably connected to the clamping claws. A positioning module configured to position an inner rim or the outer rim of the hub is mounted to the movable platform. The machining device includes a fixture, a machine tool, and a minimal quantity lubrication apparatus. The production line includes a machining device, a loading system, a loading and unloading manipulator, and a catching table.
WORKPIECE TURNTABLE
A workpiece turntable comprises a turntable module and an attachable floor-engaging support. The floor-engaging support is preferably height adjustable. The turntable module comprises a rotatable base mounted on a stationary base; a wire frame mounted over the rotatable base; a first set of support elements extending from the wire frame having a first height relative to the rotatable base; and a second set of support elements extending from the wire frame having a second height relative to the rotatable base. Each one of the support elements includes a respective support finger that can be made of an elastomer such rubber, silicone, or urethane.
HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE MASKING PALLET ASSEMBLY FOR ARC SPRAY APPLICATIONS
Disclosed are various pallet assemblies for arc spray applications. In some embodiments, an assembly may include a top frame comprising a plurality of recesses each operable to receive an electronic device, and a bottom frame coupled to the top frame, wherein the bottom frame comprises a plurality of support structures, and wherein each support structure of the plurality of support structures is aligned with a corresponding recess of the plurality of recesses. The assembly may further include a mechanical device coupled to the top frame and the bottom frame, wherein the mechanical device is operable to bias the top frame and the bottom frame relative to one another.
ADHESIVE DISPENSING SYSTEM WITH CONVERTIBLE NOZZLE ASSEMBLIES
An adhesive dispensing system for applying liquid adhesive to a substrate using different nozzles with the same manifold is disclosed. The adhesive dispensing system includes a manifold having a body, a first clamp configured to engage the body of the manifold, a second clamp configured to engage the body of the manifold, and a nozzle. The first and second clamps secure the nozzle to the body of the manifold. The body of the manifold has a first contact surface that engages the first clamp and a second contact surface that engages the second clamp and the nozzle, where the second contact surface is angularly offset from the first contact surface.
Static mixers for continuous flow catalytic reactors
The present disclosure relates to catalytic static mixers comprising catalytic material. The static mixers can be configured for use with continuous flow chemical reactors, for example tubular continuous flow chemical reactors for heterogeneous catalysis reactions. This disclosure also relates to processes for preparing static mixers. This disclosure also relates to continuous flow chemical reactors comprising the static mixers, systems comprising the continuous flow chemical reactors, processes for synthesising products using the continuous flow reactors, and methods for screening catalytic materials using the static mixers.
Carrying device, robot system, production system and control method
A carrying device includes a swivel that swivels around a central axis line of a revolution orbit that passes through a workpiece transfer area and a workpiece work area for a workpiece to be worked on by a robot, multiple workpiece holders positioned on the swivel such that when a first one of the workpiece holders is positioned in the workpiece transfer area, a second one of the workpiece holders is positioned in the workpiece work area, a revolution driver that causes the swivel to swivel around the central axis line of the revolution orbit, and a tilting driver that tilts each of the workpiece holders with respect to the central axis line of the revolution orbit.
Spin coater and semiconductor fabrication method for reducing regeneration of photoresist
Systems and methods for semiconductor fabrication are described. A spin coater comprises a spin chuck, a nozzle, a nozzle housing, a purge gas supply, and an organic solvent supply. The nozzle housing includes a lower housing including a solvent storage groove in which the organic solvent is stored, and an upper housing on the lower housing. The upper housing includes a nozzle insert hole on the solvent storage groove and receives the nozzle, and a gas supply hole connected to one side of the nozzle insert hole.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ABSORBENT BODY
An absorbent body in which a larger amount of a granular absorbent substance penetrates into the inside of a fiber sheet is produced. A fiber sheet having napped one main surface is supplied to a conveying device and conveyed while the other main surface of the fiber sheet is being sucked through a conveyance surface. A granular absorbent substance is sprayed onto the napped one main surface of the fiber sheet to cause the substance to penetrate into the inside of the fiber sheet in a suction section. A pressure difference increasing device is provided that faces the one main surface of the fiber sheet sprayed with the absorbent substance and being conveyed in the suction section, and that suppresses air from flowing through the fiber sheet inward from the conveyance surface to increase the pressure difference between the conveyance surface side and the opposite side of the fiber sheet.
Apparatus for surface treatment of articles, and treatment process feasible by said apparatus
An apparatus for surface treatment of articles comprises a plurality of trays (4) each carrying one or more piece-holding spindles (3). A primary transport assembly (19) removably engages the trays (4) to transfer them according to a step-by-step motion between a plurality of stopping locations (A . . . J) distributed along the movement path (P), along which respective work stations (12, 13, 14, 15) operate. At least one additional transport assembly (31a, 31b) withdraws each tray (4) from the primary transport assembly (19) at one of said stopping locations (A . . .
