Wire Arc Spray Swivel Head
Device for spray coating embraces a wire arc spray head that includes arc-making contact points and a carrier gas outlet, which is configured to swivel with feed wire in a pivoting motion. The device can be operated to spray coat a work piece.
METHOD FOR THERMAL SPRAY DEPOSITION OF A COATING ON A SURFACE AND APPARATUS
Methods of deposition of a coating on a surface of a workpiece, working with at least one deposition device, or torch, of thermal spray type, controlled by an associated motor. It is contemplated to perform the deposition step by configuring the torch so as to create two concurrent movements, of which a first movement along a linear path on the surface area to be coated; a second oscillation movement according to an axis of rotation coaxial with said advancement direction; this allows increasing the spray pattern of the thermal spray torch at each stroke resulting in a reduction of the relative movement speed of the torch itself. Also provided are a thermal spray deposition torches and apparatuses for depositing a coating on a surface of a workpiece.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND APPARATUSES FOR PASSIVE END-TURN COOLING FOR AN ELECTRIC MOTOR USING GRAVITY
In various embodiments, methods, systems, and vehicle apparatuses are provided. A system provides a gravity drive to distribute coolant oil flow including a nozzle for directing a flow of coolant oil over a surface of an electric motor wherein the flow of the coolant oil is caused by a gravity drive; a connector that is coupled to the nozzle that enables the nozzle to sway in response to external forces encountered by a vehicle operation and to distribute coolant oil over the exterior surface of the electric motor; and a counterweight that is coupled to the nozzle that provides a countermeasure to the external forces encountered by the vehicle operation to cause the nozzle to sway in a manner that enables the coolant oil distributed evenly across the exterior surface of the electric motor.
Cleaning Device
A cleaning device includes: a treatment container; a workpiece carrier arranged in the treatment container and configured to hold at least one workpiece; at least one nozzle configured to discharge a cleaning jet directed onto the workpiece carrier and mounted such that the at least one nozzle is moveable on a circulation track about the workpiece carrier and is pivotable about a pivoting axis extending parallel to an axis of rotation of the workpiece carrier; a pivoting device configured to pivot the at least one nozzle; and a controller configured to control a circulating movement of the at least one nozzle on the circulation track and a pivoting movement of the at least one nozzle, such that a specified point on a surface of the workpiece is impacted repeatedly by the cleaning jet at a respectively different angle, within a specified timeframe.
SPRAY COATER AND THIN-FILM TRANSISTOR MANUFACTURED USING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a spray coater including a spray nozzle unit having at least one spray nozzle and configured to spray a coating material, a spray nozzle transfer unit configured to control a position of the spray nozzle unit by operating a transfer block, on which the spray nozzle unit is mounted, at least in a planar direction, a substrate seating unit positioned below the spray nozzle unit and configured such that a substrate, which is subjected to coating, is seated thereon, a substrate carrier configured to accommodate the substrate before the substrate is coated and accommodate the substrate after the substrate is coated, and a robot arm configured to unload the substrate from the substrate carrier and provide the substrate to the substrate seating unit before the substrate is coated or unload the substrate from the substrate seating unit and load the substrate on the substrate carrier after the substrate is coated.
Autonomous paint spraying machine
The autonomous paint spraying machine is an autonomous mobile system for making paint markings on surfaces. The autonomous paint spraying machine includes a chassis having longitudinally opposed first and second edges, where the first edge has a linear contour and the second edge has an arcuate contour. A linear track is mounted on the chassis adjacent the first edge, and an arcuate track is mounted on the chassis adjacent the second edge. A paint receptacle is mounted on an upper surface of the chassis, and a plurality of driven wheels are mounted on a lower surface of the chassis. A controller is configured for controlling actuation and orientation of the plurality of driven wheels. First and second spray nozzles each receive paint from the paint receptacle. The first spray nozzle is slidably mounted on the linear track, and the second spray nozzle is slidably mounted on the arcuate track.
3D printed articles of footwear with particles
The present invention generally relates to methods of printing articles using three-dimensional printing and other printing techniques, and to articles formed from such techniques, including the printing of articles of footwear containing particles. Certain embodiments are generally directed to composites comprising particles (e.g., reinforcing particles), for example, rubber particles. The particles may be used, for example, to increase slip or abrasion resistance. The composites may also contain polyurethanes or other compounds, e.g., to facilitate fabrication, e.g., using three-dimensional printing and other printing techniques. Other embodiments are directed to methods of making or using such articles. For example, in some embodiments, a composite may be prepared by mixing particles (e.g., reinforcing particles) with at least a first fluid and a second fluid within a nozzle, such as a microfluidic printing nozzle, which may be used to direct the resulting product onto a substrate.
LIQUID SPRAY APPARATUS
A manifold arrangement for a car wash liquid spray apparatus. The manifold arrangement has a water intake manifold and a plurality of nozzle manifolds in fluid communication with and extending from the water intake manifold having a plurality of liquid-expelling nozzles at varying distances away from the water intake manifold. A car wash liquid spray apparatus further has a bracket for mounting the apparatus to a car wash, the bracket having a pair of opposed supports, and the water intake manifold is rotatably coupled to the pair of opposed supports.
Wire arc spray swivel head
Device for spray coating embraces a wire arc spray head that includes arc-making contact points and a carrier gas outlet, which is configured to swivel with feed wire in a pivoting motion. The device can be operated to spray coat a work piece.
