An automated mobile sprayer (AMS) includes a mobile base, an applicator arm supported by the mobile base, and a nozzle extending from the applicator arm. The nozzle receives fluid from a fluid supply and generates an atomized fluid spray for application to a surface. The applicator arm moves vertically relative to the mobile base and the surface to cause the nozzle to generate a vertical fluid stripe. The mobile base moves laterally relative to the surface to cause the nozzle to generate a horizontal fluid stripe.

The control unit performs: controlling the coating liquid supply unit to supply the coating liquid onto an encircling line surrounding a rotational center of the substrate while controlling the rotation holding unit to rotate the substrate; followed by controlling the coating liquid supply unit to supply the coating liquid onto a central area; and followed by controlling the rotation holding unit to rotate the substrate at an angular velocity greater than that when the coating liquid is supplied onto the encircling line.

The present disclosure provides a spraying system and a using method thereof. The spraying system includes a lifting apparatus and a spraying apparatus. The spraying apparatus connects to the lifting apparatus and includes a stage, a multi-axis transfer mechanism, a spraying component, a driving component, a surface profile detector, and a controlling component. The multi-axis transfer mechanism is disposed on the stage. The spraying component is disposed on the multi-axis transfer mechanism and the stage. The driving component is disposed on the stage and connects to the lifting apparatus. The surface profile detector is disposed on the stage and scans an area to be sprayed to obtain scanning data. The controlling component is disposed on the stage and controls the lifting apparatus, the spraying component, and the driving component according to the scanning data and pre-stored initial data.

An apparatus for spraying fluid phase color is integrated into a cladding manufacturing machine and synchronized with the manufacturing process. The present invention provides an automated system for spraying a wall of a building. The automated system comprises a boom lift having a linear track disposed thereon, wherein the linear track is disposed horizontally with respect to the height of the building; a robotic mechanism slidably mounted on the linear track of the boom lift, the robotic mechanism further having an end effector adapted for supporting a spray nozzle thereon; a visual monitoring system configured to scan structural characteristics and profiles of the wall; a computing device disposed in communication with the visual monitoring system and the robotic mechanism, wherein the computing device is configured to receive the scanned structural characteristics and profile of the wall from the visual monitoring system; and controller communicably coupled to the computing device, the controller configured to independently control operation of respective ones of the robotic mechanism, and the spray nozzle according to the scanned structural characteristics and profiles of the wall.
