Powder coating plant for coating a workpiece with coating powder

A powder coating plant for coating a workpiece with coating powder includes a booth, which receives the workpiece delivered via a floor conveyor. In addition, the powder coating plant has an upper spray applicator arrangement for spraying coating powder downward, and a lower spray applicator arrangement for spraying coating powder upward. The upper and the lower spray applicator arrangement are thereby oriented toward the same workpiece. In addition, a manipulator is provided, to which the upper and the lower spray applicator arrangement is fastened. The manipulator is formed such that the spray applicator arrangements can be moved at least in the transport direction of the workpiece by the manipulator.

Painting system

A painting system includes a conveying mechanism adapted to convey a workpiece to be painted to a painting station, a holding and rotating mechanism mounted at the painting station and adapted to hold and rotate the workpiece, and a robot having a nozzle adapted to spray a paint on the workpiece held by the holding and rotating mechanism. The robot is configured to spray the paint onto the workpiece while the holding and rotating mechanism rotates the workpiece, spraying a layer of the paint on an outer surface of the workpiece.

SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS

A holding mechanism holds a substrate horizontally. A rotation mechanism rotates the holding mechanism holding the substrate. A nozzle supplies a processing liquid to the substrate. A nozzle arm holds the nozzle. An arm actuation mechanism moves the nozzle arm between a processing position overlapping the substrate in plan view and a retracted position displaced from the substrate in plan view. A cup portion is disposed around the holding mechanism, and receives the processing liquid from the substrate. A cup actuation mechanism moves the cup portion up and down between an upper position and a lower position. A first container is fixed to the cup portion to be movable up and down integrally with the cup portion, and can accommodate the nozzle at the retracted position.

DUAL APPLICATOR FLUID DISPENSING METHODS AND SYSTEMS

Methods of dispensing fluid are disclosed. A first applicator is positioned above a first dispense site at a first dispense region of a first electronic substrate by moving the first applicator using a primary positioner. A second applicator is simultaneously positioned above a first dispense site at a second dispense region of the first electronic substrate by moving the second applicator together with the first applicator using the primary positioner and moving the second applicator relative to the first applicator using a secondary positioner. It is then determined that the first or the second dispense region is misaligned relative to the other of the first or the second dispense region. Fluid is dispensed from the first applicator while moving the first applicator using the primary positioner to form a first fluid pattern at the first dispense region and fluid is simultaneously dispensed from the second applicator while moving the second applicator using the primary positioner and the secondary positioner.

PALLET COATING WASTE RECOVERY SYSTEM

The present invention relates to a self-contained unit having a system for recovering polymer over spray from a pallet coating process. The self-contained unit includes a common enclosure having at least four walls, a ceiling and a floor. There is a collection tank located below the floor of the common enclosure and a roof platform is located above the ceiling of the common enclosure. Within the common enclosure is at least one spray booth having a waterfall wall with liquid flowing down a face of the waterfall wall to the collection tank. Mounted on the roof platform is a consolidation tank, hydrocyclone and pressure filter that are all part of the system for removing the polymer from the over spray mixture collected at the collection tank.

METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LATEX RUBBER ARTICLES
