Device for spraying a dye penetration inspection liquid into a workpiece

A device for spraying a liquid for use in dye penetration inspection into an inner cavity of a workpiece for making a turbine engine part, the device including a workpiece support, a manifold for spraying the inspection liquid into the inner cavity, a manifold for sucking up and discharging the sprayed inspection liquid, and a mechanism for tilting at least a portion of the support from a substantially horizontal position to an inclined position in which the workpiece is inclined so that the inspection liquid sprayed into the cavity flows under gravity to a zone from which it is sucked up.

Water jet peening device

The water jet peening device of the present invention is provided with: a swiveling mechanism for swiveling a spray nozzle in the horizontal direction centered on a positioning member that is positioned at the upper end of an instrumentation tube support; a lift mechanism for raising and lowering the spray nozzle in the vertical direction with respect to the positioning member that is positioned at the upper end of the instrumentation tube support; and a rotation mechanism for supporting the spray nozzle so as to be able to rotate centered on a downward-inclined rotation shaft center on the positioning member end of the vertical direction, disposing a spray port aimed toward the side of the rotation shaft center in a direction that is at a slant from the rotation shaft center, and rotating the spray nozzle centered on the rotation shaft center.

A method of preparing a medicament canister may include providing a canister (102) having a base wall (104), an open end (108) opposite the base wall, a side wall (106) extending between the base wall and the open end, and an interior surface defined by the base wall and the side wall. The side wall may include a neck portion (114) extending around the open end. The canister may be composed of a metal material. The method may include heating an oven to a temperature between about 290 C. and about 300 C., annealing the canister in the heated oven to burn off residue from the interior surface of the canister, applying a layer of a polyester coating to the interior surface of the canister, exposing the canister to a first temperature to dry the polyester coating, and exposing the canister to a second temperature to cure the polyester coating.
