METHOD FOR HIGH-SPEED COATING THE INNER SURFACE OF A BLANK
In a method for the high-speed coating of the inner surface of a blank (1), preferably a can, the blank (1) rotates about it axis of rotation and a coating is applied to an inner surface of the blank (1). In order to allow for an increase in production rates and for a homogeneous coating of the inner surface of the blank (1), even with low coating thicknesses, without causing an increase in operating costs, a gas flow (10) is blown into the blank (1) via a nozzle (9) to accelerate the blank (1) and to distribute the coating in the direction of the axis of rotation (12).
TREATMENT HEAD AND CONTAINER TREATMENT MACHINE COMPRISING A TREATMENT HEAD
A treatment head for cleaning a container that has a valve arrangement that includes a tappet that is configured to move relative to the treatment head's housing to open the valve arrangement and fluid channels leading into the container. A first channel of the fluid channels has an annular fluid channel section and surrounds the second channel. A flow twister is disposed in either the first channel or in a line connected to the first fluid-channel.
DE-ICING APPARATUS
Illustrative processes remove ice buildup in containers or other locations by melting the ice using a de-ice component. Waste fluid may be removed using a vacuum component. The de-ice component causes discharge of pressurized fluid to melt ice. The de-ice component may include a base with guide features configured to engage an opening of the container. The de-ice component may direct a spray of the pressurized fluid into the container to melt the ice. The de-ice component may include a pressure regulator valve to selectively regulate a resulting force of the fluid sprayed into the container, which may enable a user to avoid damaging internal components located within the container. The vacuum component may cause the pressurized fluid to flow through a high pressure nozzle to create a vacuum effect at a suction inlet, which can extract waste fluid and/or other debris from the container.
INCORPORATION DEVICE FOR FIELD SPRAYER
The invention relates to an incorporation device for an agricultural sprayer, having a lower opening extending about a generally vertical first axis, an upper opening extending about a generally vertical second axis, and at least one side wall connecting the lower opening to the upper opening, the lower opening having a cross-sectional area smaller than that of the upper opening, the incorporation device thus generally having a funnel shape, the lower opening being further defined by a neck capable of reversibly and sealingly connecting to a closed transfer system for transferring a product to a liquid circuit of the agricultural sprayer to which the closed transfer system is connected.
Self-Sealing Coating for Fuel Tanks
A method of forming a self-sealing fuel tank includes: providing a container including internal surfaces and external surfaces and configured to hold a fuel; forming a latex coating layer over at least a portion of the internal surfaces and/or external surfaces; depositing or encapsulating an environmental layer over at least a portion of the latex coating layer; where the latex coating layer swells when contacted with the fuel; and where the latex coating layer is formed from a latex coating composition that is substantially free of a non-ionic associative thickener.
Mechanical Boost Type Cup Spray-Washing Unit Integrated with Temperature-Adjustment and Press-Control
This invention discloses a mechanical boost type cup spray-washing unit integrated with temperature-adjustment and press-control. This unit may regulate the mixing proportion of the cold water and hot water. It in combination with the boosting spray-wash effectively dissolves and washes the residues and juice on the inner wall of cup. This unit is clever in structure, integrates the temperature-adjustment and flush-washing, is directly hidden in the intermediate of the desk installation holes, never occupies surplus space of the kitchen desk, and may be installed in the standard small-hole of the kitchen water-trough desk without extra-opening, or may be directly fixed above the bottom of the water-trough after removal of the drain-panel.
De-icing apparatus
A de-ice apparatus is configured to remove ice buildup in containers or other locations by melting the ice using a de-ice component and to remove waste fluid using a vacuum component.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SURFACE CLEANING AND COATING
Systems and methods are provided in which residual materials are removed from an interior surface of a drum or similar vessel at the end of a duty cycle. This is followed by application of a non-siliceous aqueous solution to the cleaned surface, which provides a durable low-friction coating to the interior wall of the rotating drum mixer throughout the following duty cycle or use.
Mechanical Extended Reach Sluicer
Extended reach sluicer systems, devices, and methods for breaking up and retrieving chemical, radioactive, hazardous materials and/or other waste from storage tanks, with mechanical arms and nozzles which utilize fluid jets to break up and liquefy in-tank material. The invention can work with tanks having additional issues, such as but not limited to high temperature or low temperature conditions. An upper assembly attachable to a tank can control the transverse rotation of a vertical mast and with a lower end pivotally attached to a boom having a nozzle assembly attached to an outer end. The boom can telescopically retract and extend to different length positions by cables and pulleys. Controls with take-up mechanisms can elevate up and down or transverse left and right the nozzle assembly.
SPRAY GUN ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM
An improved device for adjusting spray guns in an IC spray machine. Adjustments may be done using electro-mechanical or pneumatic actuators, and may rotate the nozzles toward an evacuation hood for cleaning, etc. Two actuators are used per spray gun, one mechanically engaged to a slide which moves the gun in translation (traversing in the X dimension), one which is mechanically engaged to a bracket which in turn is mechanically engaged to the gun mount, so the gun may be either moved or rotated. In addition, a Z-axis beam allows control in depth by an additional actuator/motor.
