LIQUID EJECTION APPARATUS
A liquid ejection apparatus for cleaning of a tank. The liquid ejection apparatus comprising: a base member having a first end for receiving the liquid from a liquid line, a rotary head that is rotatably connected to the base member and a rotary nozzle hub that is rotatably connected to the rotary head. The rotary nozzle hub comprises a primary liquid ejection nozzle for ejecting a liquid in a pattern towards an interior surface of the tank, and a secondary liquid ejection nozzle that is configured to, during at least a part of a revolution of the rotary nozzle hub, eject the liquid in a pattern towards an external surface of the base member.
Kinetic water delivery devices
A spray head comprises a body, a rotatable member, and a first bearing. The rotatable member is rotatably coupled to the body and includes a plurality of vanes and a plurality of spray nozzles. The first bearing is coupled to the body and is configured to define a rotational axis of the rotatable member. The first bearing includes a longitudinal channel and a plurality of distribution channels extending radially outwardly from the longitudinal channel through the first bearing. The first bearing is configured to direct a flow of water through the longitudinal channel and the plurality of distribution channels toward the plurality of vanes to rotate the rotatable member about the first bearing, so as to direct the flow of water through the plurality of spray nozzles.
TANK CLEANING DEVICE AND METHOD
The invention relates to a tank cleaning device comprising a tank cleaner (1) having a drive means (18) comprising a drive means component, a nozzle holder (5) rotatable about two axes (D, L) and at least one nozzle (6) arranged on the nozzle holder (5). In order to adapt the tank cleaner quickly to a particular use thereof, it is proposed that at least one of the components drive means (18), drive means component, nozzle holder (5) and nozzle (6) be designed as a replaceable element, that the type of replaceable element be defined by said component, that the tank cleaner (1) include a replaceable element holder, and that a first group (27) comprising at least two replaceable elements of one type be provided. A method for operating a tank cleaning device and a method for cleaning a tank are also proposed.
KINETIC WATER DELIVERY DEVICES
A spray head includes a body and a modular spray assembly. The body includes a cavity therein. The modular spray assembly is detachably coupled to the body. The modular spray assembly includes a housing, a spray member, a cover, an impeller, and a rotor. The spray member is rotatably coupled to the housing. The cover is coupled to the housing and includes a shaft disposed in the housing. The impeller is rotatably coupled to the shaft. The rotor is rotatably coupled to the impeller and the spray member. The rotor is configured to rotate eccentrically relative to the impeller and the spray member. The housing includes an inlet configured to direct a flow of fluid from the cavity to an interior of the housing to rotate the impeller.
Sanitary rotary tank cleaning apparatus
A rotary tank cleaning spray nozzle assembly which includes a stationary housing, a rotary housing for rotation about a central axis of the stationary housing, and a nozzle carrying hub supported by the rotary housing for rotation about an axis transverse to the axis of the stationary housing. A support rod extends through the rotary housing and into the stationary housing with a lower end supporting the underside of the rotary housing and the upper end being secured by a retainer. The retainer is releasable to permit removal of the rotary housing and nozzle hub from an underside of the stationary housing. A fluid driven drive for the rotary housing and nozzle hub includes a pair of removably mounted bevel gear rings. In one embodiment, liquid lubricating, frustoconical, high load carrying bearings support rotatably.
Cleaning device and product processing system
A cleaning device including a housing which can be arranged on a feed line for cleaning fluid is disclosed. The housing includes an exit opening for the cleaning fluid, wherein a nozzle head rotatable about a first rotary axis is arranged in the region of the exit opening. A distributing device rotating about a second rotary axis different from the first rotary axis and having at least one blade element or at least one pendulum element is arranged on the rotatable nozzle head. The invention also describes a product-processing plant with at least one cleaning device for cleaning a product tank.
APPARATUS FOR CLEANING THE INNER SIDE OF A TANK
Apparatus for cleaning a tank's inner side includes a tank-mountable frame, a frame-mounted support drivable with respect to the frame about a first rotation axis, a support-mounted nozzle drivable with respect to the support about a second rotation axis transverse to the first axis. The nozzle's spraying direction faces away from the second axis. A controller of the apparatus drives the support and the nozzle, such that the nozzle is rotated about the second axis alternatingly from a start position to a stop position by a predefined cleaning angle smaller than one revolution and from the stop position to the start position. The nozzle angular velocity with respect to the support is smaller than the support angular velocity with respect to the frame within the cleaning angle and smaller than the nozzle angular velocity with respect to the support during movement from the stop position to the start position.
