Wastewater spray distribution apparatus
A wastewater spray distribution apparatus is operative to distribute wastewater produced by a sewage treatment system (10) onto a ground level (22) through operation of sprayers (118, 260). The exemplary sprayers include a manifold (142, 262) that includes outlet nozzles (158, 264) that can be readily removed and replaced. The exemplary manifold further includes interior areas bounded by surfaces that slope continuously downward from the outlet nozzles to the manifold inlet to assure the draining of water therefrom. Each of the nozzles include a base (140) which includes a liquid tight jacket (208). The jacket isolates components which facilitate movement of a rotatable hub (154), from water passing through the sprayer and other contaminants. A brake is provided in each nozzle and includes a liquid lubricant in the jacket that operates to limit rotational movement produced by the thrust of water passing from the outlet nozzles to assure that the sprayer operates at the appropriate rotational speed.
Cleaning apparatus including a rotating spray head assembly rotation sensor
A containment tank assembly is described that includes a tank including an inner surface and a cleaning apparatus mounted to the tank. The cleaning apparatus includes an elongate arm and a rotary spray head assembly rotationally coupled to an end of the elongate arm. A rotating nozzle assembly is rotationally coupled to the rotary spray head. A magnetic field source is coupled to the rotary spray head so as to generate a spatially changing magnetic field in accordance with a rotation of the rotary spray head assembly in relation to the end of the elongate arm. A magnet field sensor is carried in a fixed relation to the elongate arm. The magnetic field sensor, in operation, generates a sensor signal that varies in accordance with the spatially changing magnetic field in accordance with the rotation of the rotary spray head assembly.
TANK CLEANING DEVICE AND METHOD
The invention relates to a tank cleaning device comprising a tank cleaner (1) having a drive means (18) comprising a drive means component, a nozzle holder (5) rotatable about two axes (D, L) and at least one nozzle (6) arranged on the nozzle holder (5). In order to adapt the tank cleaner quickly to a particular use thereof, it is proposed that at least one of the components drive means (18), drive means component, nozzle holder (5) and nozzle (6) be designed as a replaceable element, that the type of replaceable element be defined by said component, that the tank cleaner (1) include a replaceable element holder, and that a first group (27) comprising at least two replaceable elements of one type be provided. A method for operating a tank cleaning device and a method for cleaning a tank are also proposed.
Anti-Drip Rotatable Sprayer
The present utility model provides an anti-drip rotatable sprayer, which is characterized in that: an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe are interconnected to pass through two opposite sides of the sprayer on the casing, the casing is provided with a reduction gear set driven by the driving shaft lever passing through the casing. The driving shaft lever passing through the casing is provided with a turntable, the inlet pipe passing through is provided with a nozzle to spray the water column towards the turntable, the turntable drives the reduction shaft lever and interlocks the outlet pipe to rotate on the casing. The sprayer is installed in a casing, the casing is provided with an external water source access passage for connecting the inlet pipe sprayer, and the casing is also provided with an outlet pipe through-outlet for passing through the outlet pipe of the sprayer. The outlet pipe after passing through the casing is connected to a spray head set, and the lower part of the casing is provided with a discharge outlet. The present utility model not only improves the overall spraying effect that the water mist after spraying the turntable is accumulated to form the water drips, and also it can be recycled.
WATER SPRAY MEMBER AND WATER DISCHARGE DEVICE
With regard to a first rectangle with a minimum area whose four sides circumscribe the shower hole forming surface, the respective dimensions of a first longitudinal side and a first lateral side that are adjacent to each other are denoted as a and b, respectively; and with regard to a second rectangle whose four sides circumscribe the group of points at which the respective central axis lines of the plurality of shower holes pass through the virtual plane and that has a second longitudinal side and a second lateral side, the respective dimensions of the second longitudinal side and the second lateral side are denoted as c and d, respectively, the water spray part is formed such that the following conditions (1) to (3) are satisfied.
