NOZZLE BLOCK PROVIDED WITH NOZZLE CLOGGING PREVENTION MEANS, AND ELECTROSPINNING DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to a nozzle block applied to an electrospinning device, which includes a radiation nozzle having a hollow radiation needle for discharging a spinning solution to the outside; a means of piercing having a diameter smaller than that of the radiation needle, at least one of which is coaxially disposed inside the radiation needle; and a reciprocating mechanism for reciprocating the means of piercing and the radiation needle relative to each other, thereby preventing the solution from being solidified at the tip of the radiation nozzle or the radiation nozzle from being blocked by external contaminants even if the electrospinning process is temporarily interrupted in the middle.
ELECTROSTATIC COATING DEVICE
The durability of resin components can be improved by preventing ozone from staying in gaps where there is no air flow. A cylindrical gap is provided around the outer peripheral side of the head portion between the head portion and the resin cover portion covering the outer peripheral side of the head portion. Moreover, the head portion is provided with a pilot air introduction path guiding the pilot air exhausted from the switching valves to the cylindrical gap. In addition, the arm portion is provided with a pilot air exhaust path exhausting the pilot air from the cylindrical gap to the outside.
ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYER
An electrostatic sprayer includes a spray gun having a nozzle at which pressurized spray media and pressurized air are combined into an atomized mixture. A generator electrostatically charges the atomized mixture at the nozzle. The generator may also electrostatically charge the pressurized spray media, or the pressurized air, or both at the nozzle. An input device of the spray gun is actuable by a user to vary a flow of the pressurized spray media to the nozzle. A main unit is connected to the spray gun with a hose via which the pressurized spray media and the pressurized air are communicated to the spray gun. The main unit has a first power mode in which a battery powers component(s) of the electrostatic sprayer. The main unit also has a second power mode in which a power source spaced apart from the main unit powers the component(s) of the electrostatic sprayer.
Electrostatic fluid sprayer with base unit providing active fluid cloud dispersal
An electrostatic sprayer system for dispensing and dispersing a liquid containing a spray compound includes a spray cloud dispersal feature that reduces the time that a residual spray cloud containing droplets including the spray compound remains suspended after spraying. A method of dispersing the residual spray cloud is implemented by a control system that causes a flow control system to deliver a non-active gas or liquid in conjunction with stopping delivery of the liquid containing the spray agent and charged with the same polarity, so that a charged cloud of the non-active gas or liquid, which may be air, displaces the suspended active fluid particles. The non-active gas or liquid may be dispensed for a predetermined time interval as determined by the control system, or the operator may control the time interval during which that the non-active fluid is dispensed.
POWERED SPRAYER
The present disclosure is directed to a fluid sprayer including a nozzle assembly and a housing that supports the nozzle assembly. The housing includes a handle portion and a forward region that extends between the nozzle assembly and the handle portion. The fluid sprayer also includes a reservoir coupled to the housing and a pump supported within the housing and fluidly connected to the reservoir and to the nozzle assembly. The fluid sprayer further includes an electrostatic charging circuit configured to impart an electrostatic charge in a fluid pumped by the pump, the electrostatic charging circuit including an electrode assembly. The fluid sprayer also includes a grounding element coupled to the housing and extending between a forward portion located in the forward region to a contact portion located adjacent the handle portion.
AEROSOL-GENERATING DEVICE
An aerosol-generating device includes: a housing having a liquid storage cavity for accommodating an aerosol-generating substrate; a metal element arranged outside the liquid storage cavity; a static electricity generating assembly including a positive terminal and a negative terminal, one of the positive terminal and the negative terminal being electrically connected to the metal element so as to cause a part of the aerosol-generating substrate that is close to the metal element in the liquid storage cavity to be charged by electrostatic induction when the static electricity generating assembly is electrified; and a vaporization sheet, that, when electrified, vaporizes the charged aerosol-generating substrate to generate a charged aerosol.
ELECTROSTATIC FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM
