A spray gun air cap is disclosed comprising a forward end, a retention end opposite the forward end, a spray axis passing through the retention end and the forward end, and a sidewall positioned between the forward end and the retention end. The sidewall comprises a first air cap retention system comprising a reception feature comprising a retainer window opening to the retention end and extending toward the forward end. The retention system further includes an air cap rotation guide intersecting the retainer window and tracing an arc about the spray axis, the air cap rotation guide comprising a retention wall facing the forward end.

The present invention discloses a spray gun, which comprises a gun body; a liquid container surface disposed below the gun body; a hollow connecting pipe disposed between the gun body and the liquid container. The liquid container is in communication with the interior of the gun body through the hollow connecting pipe; the liquid container has a liquid feeding hole on the top; the head portion of the gun body is located above the top of the liquid container and tilted downwardly away from the top of the liquid container. In the present invention, there is a relatively large space above the liquid feeding opening, providing an efficient space for a smooth liquid feeding operation. Liquid feeding can be performed inside the liquid container without replacing the liquid container and the liquid is ensured not to be split during the operation.

An aerosol can spray gun that accepts a top of an aerosol spray gun. The spray gun includes an integral motorized fan. When the trigger on the spray gun is depressed the aerosol spray can dispensing cap is depressed and simultaneously the fan pushes air out through nozzles in the front of the spray gun to control the spray fan pattern. The present invention relates to a spray head for a paint sprayer, in particular a paint spray gun or a paint spray lance, for generating a paint jet. The air cap ring comprises a groove configured to extend on the circumferential inner surface of the air cap ring. The air cap also comprises a groove configured to extend on the circumferential outer surface of the air cap, and the retaining ring is arranged in the groove of the air cap ring and the groove of the air cap to limit the axial movement of the air cap within the air cap ring.

Removable nozzle tips, spray head assemblies including the nozzle tips and liquid spray guns that include the nozzle tips are described herein. The removable nozzle tips provide and define both the liquid nozzle openings and the center air outlets for the center air of the liquid spray guns and the spray head assemblies. The nozzle tips are removably attached over a liquid nozzle port formed in the spray head assembly and/or on the spray gun platform or body using any suitable attachment mechanism. The removable nozzle tips can be removed from the liquid spray gun or the spray head assembly without disturbing the remainder of the spray gun or the spray head assembly.
