Rotatable spray gun light
In one embodiment, a spray gun light includes an aperture configured to allow the spray gun light to attach over an air cap of a spray gun. The spray gun light also includes multiple horn clips. Each horn clip is configured to couple to a respective horn of a plurality of horns of the air cap of the spray gun. The spray gun light also includes a plurality of lights that include a first light configured to shine light along a first side of a spray plume generated by the air cap, and a second light configured to shine light on along a second side of the spray plume that is opposite the first side. The spray gun light is configured to rotate along with the air cap as the air cap is rotated, thereby preventing light from the plurality of lights from being blocked by the spray plume.
Spray gun barrel with inseparable nozzle
A barrel for use with a liquid spray gun platform to provide a liquid spray gun comprises a main body and an inseparable nozzle. The main body comprises at least one center air delivery passage and at least one liquid-handling passage. The inseparable nozzle defines a liquid-emitting orifice that is in fluid communication with the at least on liquid-handling passage of the main body, and defines a center air orifice that is in fluid communication with the at least on center air delivery passage of the main body.
ALIGNMENT TOOL FOR A SPRAY GUN AIR CAP
An alignment tool for engaging with an air cap of an air assisted airless spray gun includes a tool body configured to fit over the air cap and an indicator disposed on the tool body. The indicator is configured to indicate an angular position of the air cap relative to a vertical gun axis of the air assisted airless spray gun. The alignment tool includes a first surface configured to engage with a first air horn of the air cap and a second surface configured to engage with a second air horn of the air cap to exert a rotational force on the air cap and change the angular position of the air cap relative to the vertical gun axis.
METAL POWDER PRODUCING APPARATUS AND GAS JET DEVICE THEREFOR
A metal powder producing apparatus includes a spray tank, and a plurality of spray nozzles that spray a molten metal into the spray tank. Each of the plurality of spray nozzles includes a molten metal nozzle allowing the molten metal to flow down into the spray tank, and a gas jet nozzle having a plurality of jet holes that are disposed in a periphery of the molten metal nozzle and jet a gas to the molten metal flowing down from the molten metal nozzle. Each of center axes of the plurality of jet holes is deviated to either one of left side and right side relative to a center axis of the molten metal nozzle. Each of the center axes of the plurality of jet holes and the center axis of the molten metal nozzle are located at skew positions.
Spray device
A spray device comprises a diaphragm pump, a spray gun and a hose. The diaphragm pump comprises an air outlet to supply air flow, a casing and a pump assembly disposed in the casing. The spray gun comprises a housing and a Venturi tube arranged entirely inside the housing. The housing has an air inlet to receive the air flow supplied from the diaphragm pump and guide the air flow into the Venturi tube. The spray gun comprises a paint receptacle that receives and holds therein a paint material that is supplied into the spray gun and atomized to form paint droplets and entrain the air flow received from the diaphragm pump to allow the paint droplets to be sprayed onto a workpiece. The hose has two ends respectively coupled to the air outlet of the diaphragm pump and the air inlet of the spray gun.
Spray head for a paint sprayer, and paint sprayer
The present invention relates to a spray head for a paint sprayer, in particular a paint spray gun or a paint spray lance, for generating a paint jet. Here, an air cap comprises two curtain air channels whose outlets are arranged between air horns, and whose outlets lie opposite each other in relation to a longitudinal axis of a through-opening of the air cap.
Manually controlled variable coverage high range electrostatic sprayer
The present invention discloses a single step process for the synthesis of furan derivative from carbohydrate comprises stirring the reaction mixture of carbohydrate in solvent in presence of catalyst at temperature in the range of 170 to 190 C. for the period in the range of 23 to 25 hrs to afford corresponding furan derivative.
Aerosol spray gun
An aerosol spray gun that holds an aerosol can to aid in dispensing it's contents. A main arm inside the body has a trigger on a rear side of a main pivot and on a forward side has tab and a forward pivot. A nozzle assembly with an open center is at a forward side of the body. The aerosol spray and fan-forced air pass through the open center during dispensing. When the trigger is pulled the main arm articulates about the main pivot causing the forward side of the main arm to move down simultaneously pressing the valve on the aerosol can down and moving the nozzle assembly down so that the aerosol spray and the open center of the nozzle assembly always remain concentric.
Air cap arrangement and spray gun
An air cap arrangement and a spray gun. The air cap arrangement comprises an air cap, an air cap ring and a retaining ring. The air cap ring comprises a groove configured to extend on the circumferential inner surface of the air cap ring. The air cap also comprises a groove configured to extend on the circumferential outer surface of the air cap, and the retaining ring is arranged in the groove of the air cap ring and the groove of the air cap to limit the axial movement of the air cap within the air cap ring.
