A coated substrate comprising a coating layer with inorganic oxide and pores, the coating layer demonstrates improved anti-soiling properties. The coated substrate may for example be used in solar modules. Further a coating formulation and use of the coating formulation are disclosed.
RADIATOR COATED WITH HEAT DISSIPATION LAYER, AND METHOD OF COATING RADIATOR
A radiator according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises at least one group of heat dissipation layers that are applied to the surface of the radiator so as to be sequentially layered thereon, wherein the one group of heat dissipation layer comprises a first coating layer formed by applying either a first dispersion solution or a second dispersion solution, and a second coating layer formed by applying the dispersion solution differing from that on the first coating layer, the first dispersion solution comprises positively charged metal oxide nanoparticles, and the second dispersion solution comprises negatively charged carbon nanotubes (CNT-COOH). The heat dissipation layer is formed in a porous thin film structure so as to have thickness of several micrometers, and thus increases a heat dissipation area by ten times, thereby improving heat dissipation efficiency, and can be applied without being restricted by the size, volume, shape, arrangement and the like of a radiator.

A film formation method includes: preparing a substrate including, on its surface, a first region in which a first material is exposed and a second region in which a second material different from the first material is exposed; selectively forming a self-assembled monolayer in the first region, among the first region and the second region; and forming a desired target film in the second region, among the first region and the second region, by using the self-assembled monolayer formed in the first region, wherein the selectively forming the self-assembled monolayer includes: selectively forming the self-assembled monolayer in the first region by using a first processing liquid including a first raw material of the self-assembled monolayer; and modifying the self-assembled monolayer, by using a second processing liquid including a second raw material of the self-assembled monolayer at a concentration different from a concentration of the first processing liquid.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING FILM
A method for producing a film includes: coating a surface of a substrate with a composition containing a polymer having a structural unit represented by formula (1) and having a number average molecular weight of 13000 or more and a solvent, heating a coating film formed by the coating, and removing, with a rinsing liquid, a part of the coating film after the heating, wherein the rinsing liquid to be used contains a basic compound. In the formula (1), Y.sup.1 is a single bond, —CO—NR.sup.2—, a divalent aromatic ring group, a divalent group containing —O—, or a divalent group containing —CO—NR.sup.2—. A.sup.1 is a single bond, —O—, —S—, or —NR.sup.3—. R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom, a monovalent hydrocarbon group, a monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group, or a monovalent group having a heterocyclic structure.

Multifunctional bioimplantable structure and method of preparing the same
The present disclosure provides a method for producing a multifunctional implantable structure, the method having: preparing an implantable base; coating a polymer layer on the base, wherein the polymer layer is partially curable; curing the polymer layer such that the polymer layer has cured and non-cured portions; and dry-etching the polymer layer to remove the non-cured portion thereof, to allow the polymer layer to have a nano-turf structure having pores defined therein.
THIN FILM FABRICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS
A method of layer-by-layer deposition for thin-film fabrication and a layer-by-layer deposition apparatus for thin-film fabrication. The method comprises the steps of at least partially immersing a substrate in a reservoir of a charged solution to deposit a layer on the substrate and spraying the substrate with an atomized charged solution to deposit a layer on the substrate.
Method of formulating perovskite solar cell materials
A method for preparing photoactive perovskite materials. The method comprises the step of preparing a germanium halide precursor ink. Preparing a germanium halide precursor ink comprises the steps of: introducing a germanium halide into a vessel, introducing a first solvent to the vessel, and contacting the germanium halide with the first solvent to dissolve the germanium halide. The method further comprises depositing the germanium halide precursor ink onto a substrate, drying the germanium halide precursor ink to form a thin film, annealing the thin film, and rinsing the thin film with a second solvent and a salt.

An optical element is provided. The optical element includes a substrate; a plurality of metal grids formed on the substrate; an oxide layer formed on the substrate between the plurality of metal grids; and a plurality of organic layers formed on the plurality of metal grids, wherein the width of the organic layer is greater than the width of the metal grid, and there is at least one gap between the organic layer and the oxide layer.

Recyclable liner for label assembly
In accordance with the present application, there is provided a release liner and method of preparing a liner for a label assembly. The release liner includes paper having a first side that does not have a machine finish or gloss finish or a coating; and a silicone treatment applied to the first side of the paper. The method of preparing a liner for a label assembly includes applying a coat of silicone to a paper at a side of the paper that does not have a machine finish or gloss finish and is otherwise uncoated; and curing the silicone. The release liner includes paper having a silicone coat weight of 0.5 lb/ream or less.
