The wetout funnel includes opposite walls forming a v-shape with a slot at the bottom of the v-shape and a squeegee disposed at the slot for controlling the coating of grouting material for a uniform covering on the liner as it passes through the wetout funnel. A first ejector pipe having an inflow end and an outflow end for receiving and dispensing grouting material to coat one half of the exterior of the liner. A second ejector pipe having an inflow end and an outflow end for receiving and dispensing grouting material to coat the opposite half of the exterior of the liner.
Corrosion-resistant reservoir for an e-vaping device and method of manufacturing thereof
Example embodiments relate to a method of protecting a surface of an e-vaping device portion from corrosion, the method including preparing a coating mixture configured to protect the surface from corrosion, and coating the surface with a protective coating based on the coating mixture, wherein the coating is performed via one of electrodeposition, dipping, spraying, and vapor deposition, and the coating mixture includes at least one of a silane and a resin.
SPRAY COATING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A spray coating system includes a spraying robot sized to fit within a conduit. The spraying robot includes arms that extend outward and retract inward to maintain contact with an interior surface of the conduit. The spraying robot is configured to be coupled with hoses that separately supply different fluids to the spraying robot. The spraying robot includes a spray head from which a compound formed from the fluids is sprayed onto the interior surface of the conduit. The spraying robot is configured to be pulled through the conduit and/or self-propel in the conduit to spray the compound onto the interior surface of the conduit and form a coating thereon.
METALLIC LAMINATE SHAPED FLOW PATH MEMBER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A metallic laminate shaped flow path member has both a surface roughness of a flow path inner surface and corrosion resistance at such a level as to be utilizable as a flow path member for use in a supply line for a corrosive fluid in a semiconductor device manufacturing apparatus. A metallic substrate constituting the metallic laminate shaped flow path member has surface irregularities, the inner surface of the flow path of the metallic laminate shaped flow path member is formed with a glass coating layer in such a manner as to fill at least recessed regions of the surface irregularities of the metallic substrate, and the glass coating layer includes at least one of a layer of a P.sub.2O.sub.5—ZnO—Al.sub.2O.sub.3 based glass, a layer of a Bi.sub.2O.sub.3—ZnO—B.sub.2O.sub.3 based glass, and a layer of an SiO.sub.2—B.sub.2O.sub.3—Na.sub.2O based glass.
