Attachment for use with linear shaker type conveyor
11534800 · 2022-12-27 ·

An attachment for a shaker conveyor for sorting material having various sizes. The attachment includes a passageway bordered on opposite sides by a pair of walls. A first grate is disposed in the passageway. The first grate defines a first gap for sorting the material. The first grate borders a first compartment having a first outlet. A second grate is disposed in the passageway. The second grate defines a second gap having a dimension different than the first gap. The second grate borders a second compartment separate from the first compartment and leading to a second outlet.

Adjustable roll sizer

An adjustable roll sizer for sorting objects of different sizes includes a first set of rollers mounted to a support structure and arranged in a first parallel array. A second set of rollers is mounted to the support structure in a second parallel array that is interleaveably alignable with the first parallel array. Means for automatic control are provided for misaligning the second parallel array from the first parallel array to vary gap width between adjacent rollers. Each roller in the second parallel array may also be tapered to vary gap width as a function of roller length. Rollers may include helical ridges for urging objects along the gaps.

GRIZZLY GRID MATERIAL SEPARATOR

An adjustable grizzly grid material separator is provided and includes a plurality of flexible tines, a cassette, wherein the plurality of flexible tines are each coupled on an end to the cassette to form a grizzly assembly. A plurality of grizzly assemblies may be coupled to a frame at an angle, wherein the grizzly assemblies are coupled to the frame in a grid configuration. The plurality of tines are spaced apart a predetermined distance to set the size of material that is to be separated from an amount of aggregate flowing over the tines.

Device for sorting

The invention relates to a device for sorting particulate materials of different grain size that can be part of a construction machine or digger's scoop. The device for sorting has a plurality of helical rollers, each exhibiting at least one helix, wherein each helical roller rotates about a rotary axis of its own, at least two adjacent helical rollers exhibit the same direction of rotation, and the rotary axes of at least three helical rollers are not arranged in a common plane. At least some of the helical rollers are held and rotatably mounted exclusively at one end.

Sorting device for sorting out coins

A sorting device for sorting out coins from bulk material, includes at least one sorting gap (5) for coins that is limited by at least one roller (2) which can be rotated by a drive (33) about an axis of rotation (A) such that objects that cannot be conveyed through the sorting gap (5) are applied with force by the roller (2) in a direction away from the sorting gap (5) wherein a discharge hood (6) is provided for an eddy current separator device (29), which has an adjustable trajectory separator unit (4) in a hood interior (7), wherein the at least one roller (2) is arranged in or on the discharge hood (6) in relation to the trajectory separator unit (4) such that a non-ferrous metal fraction separated from the bulk material by the trajectory separator unit (4) is guided in the direction of the sorting gap (5) by the weight force of the non-ferrous metal objects (12).

Screen device comprising screen rollers for preventing oversize grain from jamming
09731326 · 2017-08-15 · ·

A screen device for sorting screening material into one or more fine grain fractions and one or more oversize grain fractions. The screen device includes a frame and a roller screen including screen rollers which are arranged, such that they can be rotary-driven about a roller axis each, next to each other and which are supported on the frame and which each comprise a roller body and one or more screen structures which protrude radially relative to the roller body. There is a fine grain screen gap between the roller bodies of respectively adjacent screen rollers, through which a fine grain fraction falls, while an oversize grain fraction is conveyed on the roller screen in the axial direction of the rollers when the screen rollers are rotary-driven. The roller body of at least one of the screen rollers widens radially in the axial direction of the rollers in an axial widening portion and the width of the fine grain screen gap which the widening roller body forms with the roller body of an adjacent screen roller decreases in the axial direction of the rollers along the widening portion.

INTEGRATED ON-BOARD VEHICLE VISION AND CLEANING SYSTEM
20170259789 · 2017-09-14 ·

The invention refers to integrated on-board vehicle vision and cleaning system comprising a casing being mounted in a vehicle bodywork, a viewing camera and a cleaning fluid nozzle associated with a nozzle carrier and communicating with a cleaning fluid source. The nozzle carrier is integrated into the casing and is moveable within the casing between first and second positions, the first position being a retracted position and the second position being an extended position which is the operating position. The nozzle carrier is designed as a sleeve encompassing the sensor unit.

Self-cleaning roller screen

A method for cleaning of a roller screen transporting and screening particles by means of at least three rotating rollers. The rollers are installed in succession at given clearances and arranged transversally in relation to the transport direction of the particles to screen a desired range of particle sizes. At least one roller changes its circumferential velocity and/or its rotational direction over time at defined time intervals for defined time periods such that for this defined time period for at least one pair of neighbored rollers one roller has a higher circumferential velocity than the other and/or both rollers roll in opposite rotational directions.

Disc for use in disc screen
