A jetter system for removing debris such as leaves, branches, mud, and trash from sewer pipes and from other types of pipes is disclosed. The jetter includes a rechargeable battery that provides direct current (DC), a DC/AC converter, and an AC motor that drives a water pump, or the like means for improved powering and debris removal.

Provided in the present invention is a pressure washer (100, 200), including: a frame (5); a power unit (1, 1A) supported by the frame; a pump (13, 33), supported by the frame, driven by the power unit, and used to pressurize an influent fluid so as to output a pressurized fluid; a jetting gun (2, 2A), configured to receive the pressurized fluid outputted by the pump and jet the pressurized fluid; and a controller (23, 23A), connected to the power unit (1, 1A) and used to control operation of the pressure washer. The pressure washer is characterized in that: the controller (23, 23A) includes a heat sink (18, 38) used to dissipate heat from the controller, and the heat sink (18, 38) includes a heat sink body, and is provided with a fluid tube (16a, 17a, 36) so as to perform fluid-based heat dissipation. The present invention proposes using a fluid (e.g., water or water containing a cleanser) flowing through the pressure washer to perform fluid-based cooling on the heat sink of the controller, so as to reasonably utilize resources and improve heat dissipation performance.

A pressure washer includes a lower bracket assembly, an upper bracket assembly, a power head assembly and a washing assembly. The power head assembly includes a housing assembly, a motor pump assembly, a battery pack cavity and a driving assembly. The housing assembly includes a lower housing, an upper housing, a battery pack cavity and a cover. The motor pump assembly is accommodated in a first accommodating cavity formed by assembling the upper housing and the lower housing. The battery pack assembly is accommodated in the battery pack cavity and includes at least two battery packs connected in series or in parallel. The driving assembly includes a water-cooled driver to drive the motor pump assembly to work and a circuit controller electrically connected with the battery pack assembly to access a power of each battery pack and distribute it to the water-cooled driver.

A pressure washer is provided in which the low-pressure water supplied to the unit is routed through thermally conductive channels in the housing to absorb heat generated by the motor and electronics before being pressurized for cleaning. The channels are arranged in a serpentine configuration around the motor, with optional cavities in the end caps to increase heat transfer surface area and improve cooling efficiency. Heat from the motor is transferred to the housing and into the water, while heat from the electronics is conducted to the second end cap and into the same water flow. The heated water is then delivered to the pump, where it is pressurized for discharge through the outlet. This design enables efficient cooling of the motor and electronics using the pressurized water, eliminating the need for a separate cooling system.
