HOT WATER PRESSURE WASHER
A hot water pressure washer employs an internal combustion engine with a drive shaft having an exhaust manifold fluidly connected to an exhaust water heat exchanger. The engine is driveably connected to a hydrodynamic heater, and a high-pressure pump for generating a stream of high-pressure fluid. The hot water pressure washer captures 80-90% of the thermal energy generated during combustion processes of the engine for heating water.
Pressure-washing apparatus
The speed, effectiveness, and convenience with which pallets and other objects are cleaned can be increased by using a pressure power-washing apparatus described. The apparatus includes at least one pressure-washer that pumps liquid from a tank into rotary arms within a cleaning chamber, causing the rotation of the arms as the arms eject streams of the liquid pumped under a high pressure from angled nozzles. Conveyors carry an object in need of cleaning into the cleaning chamber, first exposing the object to the streams of the liquid, and then to a drying chamber. Guide rails positioned on the platform guide the object during cleaning, with the shape of one of the guide rails causing the object to fall off following the drying to remove excess liquid left on the object.
PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH ELECTRIC STARTER
In an embodiment, a pump assembly may include a mounting structure and a pump mechanism and a starter motor coupled to the mounting structure. The pump mechanism may include an input shaft configured to be rotatably coupled with an output shaft of a prime mover engine. The starter motor may be coupled with the input shaft of the pump mechanism for rotatably driving the input shaft of the pump mechanism.
HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING APPARATUS
A high-pressure cleaning apparatus including a high-pressure pump that includes a suction chamber, at least one pump chamber in which liquid is pressurized, and a pressure chamber arranged downstream of the pump chamber is disclosed. The high-pressure pump includes a return line via which the pressure chamber is in flow communication with the suction chamber, and a valve unit by which a free cross-sectional area of the return line is changeable. The high-pressure cleaning apparatus also includes a drive unit associated with the valve unit, a control unit coupled to the drive unit and a pressure sensor coupled to the control unit for detecting liquid pressure on the pressure side of the pump chamber. Depending on the signal of the pressure sensor, the liquid pressure can be controllable to a predetermined or predeterminable liquid pressure by changing of the free cross-sectional area of the return line.
ELECTROMAGNETIC CLUTCH FOR HIGH-PRESSURE PUMP
An example cleaning system includes an engine, a high-pressure pump, and an electromagnetic clutch assembly. The electromagnetic clutch assembly selectively couples the engine to the high-pressure pump such that actuation of the electromagnetic clutch assembly controls a supply of power from the engine to the high-pressure pump. An example electromagnetic clutch assembly is also disclosed.
PRESSURE-WASHING APPARATUS

The apparatus includes at least one pressure-washer that pumps liquid from a tank into rotary arms within a cleaning chamber, causing the rotation of the arms as the arms eject streams of the liquid pumped under a high pressure from angled nozzles. Conveyors carry an object in need of cleaning into the cleaning chamber, first exposing the object to the streams of the liquid, and then to a drying chamber. Guide rails positioned on the platform guide the object during cleaning, with the shape of one of the guide rails causing the object to fall off following the drying to remove excess liquid left on the object.
Remote-controlled gasoline cleaner
A remote-controlled gasoline cleaner including a main unit, sprayer, and remote control. The main unit includes a controller, start switch device, stop switch device, and gasoline engine start/stop apparatus. The remote control sends a start remote control signal or stop remote control signal to the main unit. The controller controls the start switch device in response to the start remote control signal received, and controls the stop switch device in response to the stop remote control signal received. The start switch device receives a start command of the controller to connect to a power supply circuit of a starter motor in the gasoline engine start/stop apparatus. The starter motor starts a gasoline engine. The stop switch device receives a stop command of the controller to connect to a short circuit of an ignition coil in the gasoline engine start/stop apparatus, thereby blowing out the gasoline engine.
Mobile decontamination system
A mobile decontamination system has an internal combustion engine, a generator, a first pump, a boiler and a second pump. The engine is coupled to the generator and to the first pump. The first pump is designed for discharging a first decontamination medium via a first spray lance. The second pump is designed for discharging a second decontamination medium via a second spray lance. A system controller is designed for selectively operating the first pump and the heating boiler in one of at least two different operating modes. In the first operating mode, the first pump delivers a first volumetric flow through the boiler which is at such a high level that the first decontamination medium is in liquid form. In a second operating mode, the first pump delivers a second volumetric flow through the boiler which is at such a low level that the first decontamination medium transfers into gaseous form.
Vehicle-towed portable power-washing apparatus
The speed, effectiveness, and convenience with which pallets and other objects are cleaned can be increased by using a vehicle-towed portable pressure power-washing apparatus. The apparatus includes a platform that can be towed. On the platform is positioned at least one pressure-washer that pumps liquid from a tank into rotary arms within a cleaning chamber positioned on the platform, causing the rotation of the arms as the arms eject streams of the liquid pumped under a high pressure from angled nozzles. Belt conveyors carry an object in need of cleaning into the cleaning chamber, first exposing the object to the streams of the liquid, and then to a drying chamber. Guide rails positioned on the platform guide the object during cleaning, with the shape of one of the guide rails causing the object to fall off the platform following the drying to remove excess liquid left on the object.
