Coating method of board for producing concrete product and board coated by same
A coating method of a board for producing a concrete product and a board coated by the same are proposed. The coating method is advantageous in that the whole surface of a board can be rapidly coated and dried to prevent surface corrosion of the board and to prevent further corrosion on a damaged surface of the board, thus improving the durability of the board and the quality of the produced concrete products. The coating method includes: removing residues existing on an outer surface of the board by blowing high-pressure air to an upper surface and a lower surface of the board for producing a concrete product; coating by spraying coating liquid to the outer surface of the board from which the residues have been removed; and drying the coating liquid by blowing high-pressure air to the outer surface of the board.
DEVICE FOR REMOVING DUST FROM CLOSURES BY IONIZATION
A device for removing dust from closures which are capable of circulating in a chute extending along a longitudinal axis (y-y′), includes a suction system arranged around the chute and are capable of sucking up the dissociated dust from the closures, and including at least one ionization bar extending longitudinally alongside the chute.
DEVICE MAINTENANCE IN SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
A system for maintaining a device in a semiconductor manufacturing environment that includes a controller configured to determine a distance travelled by the device within the semiconductor manufacturing environment, where the device has a feature that selectively engages a carrier configured to carry a semiconductor wafer such that the device moves the semiconductor wafer to different processing stations within the semiconductor manufacturing environment. The system also includes an inspection component configured to inspect the device responsive to the distance travelled by the device exceeding a distance threshold, a repair component configured to repair the device responsive to a repair indication from at least one of the controller or the inspection component, and a cleaning component configured to clean the device responsive to a clean indication from at least one of the controller or the inspection component.
METHOD FOR CLEANING ENGINE DEPOSITS
A method for cleaning a combustion engine is disclosed wherein an apparatus with a cable is coupled to an on-board diagnostic port on the vehicle, and a service hose with a misting nozzle adapter is coupled to a first port on a vehicle. A controller monitors data from the on-board diagnostic port on a vehicle, where the data preferably includes the engine rpm, the catalytic convertor temperature, the engine coolant temperature, the MAF, and the MAP. The controller monitors information from the cleaning apparatus, and the information is processed to adjust the dispensing of the cleaning solution. The adjustment of the cleaning solution can vary the rate, volume, pressure, pulse interval, flow pattern, and duration of the solution in the engine.
SUCTION NOZZLE
A suction nozzle, which is configured to aspirate a residual film of a film processed by a packaging machine. The suction nozzle comprises a tube assembly comprising a first tube and a second tube, wherein the first tube and the second tube are arranged coaxially with respect to one another and form a suction channel. An annular gap is provided between the first tube and the second tube, through which a gas, preferably air, can be blown into the suction channel.
SEAL CLEANER AND PROCESS FOR SOLUBLE UNIT DOSE POUCHES CONTAINING GRANULAR COMPOSITION
An apparatus and process for cleaning seals of soluble unit dose pouches containing granular composition.
GRILL COOKING GRATE CLEANING DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR CLEANING A COOKING GRATE
A device and system for easily cleaning the cooking grate of a barbeque grill. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to a cleaning device and system for cleaning, degreasing, and sanitizing an entire cooking grate, including the top cooking surface, and opposing underside surface of the grate, which is often missed or ineffectively cleaned by traditional methods.
Dust hood
A dust hood for a dust control system includes a first hood body and a second hood body. The first hood body and the second hood body are each selectively movable between an assembled position and a disassembled position. In the assembled position, the first hood body is adjacent to the second hood body. In the disassembled position, the first hood body is spaced apart from the second hood body.
COLLECTION SYSTEM AND PRODUCTION PROCESS OF SAID COLLECTION SYSTEM
A collection system for particulate matter along a conveyor system of products, which advance in an advancing direction, by means of a carrier gas flow; said collection system having a hood made by moulding of polymeric material; wherein the hood has a bent wall, which delimits a suction area, and a connection, which fluidly connects said suction area with a suction conduit through an opening of said bent wall; wherein said bent wall has a longitudinal axis, which in use is transversal, in particular perpendicular, to the advancing direction of the products.
SEPARATION PROCESS AND PLANT FOR PARTICULATE MATTER
Process and plant for particulate matter along a conveyor system of products, said plant having a collection system which sucks a carrier gas flow and demarcates, in use, a suction chamber, namely a closed volume, with said product which advances in an advancing direction on an advancing plane; the separation plant having a separation system which is connected to said collection system and gets, in use, said carrier gas flow and particulate matter; wherein said separation system separates particulate matter from the carrier gas flow.
