METHOD AND COMPOSITION FOR PULSE DOSE CLEANING OF PROCESS STREAMS
Pulse dosing is used to administer a cleaning formulation into a fluid process stream flowing through structural components of a processing facility. The fluid process stream may contain corn, corn-derived products, or a combination thereof, or the fluid process stream may contain a process condensate, a rinse fluid, a cleaning fluid or any combination thereof. The processing facility may be an ethanol processing plant, a protein processing plant, a corn oil processing plant, an ethanol and corn oil processing plant, an ethanol and protein processing plant, or an ethanol, corn oil and protein processing plant. Pulse dosing may include administering the cleaning formulation into the fluid process stream for a period of x seconds every y minutes, with no administration of the cleaning formulation between the periods of x seconds.

STREET SWEEPER WITH AN AUTOMATIC CLEANING SYSTEM FOR CLEANING A RECYCLING SYSTEM
A street sweeper comprises a dirt container and a suction device. The suction device comprises a suction mouth, a suction channel and a suction fan. The suction fan generates a suction flow which leads into the dirt container. Furthermore, the street sweeper comprises a recycling system with a separating device. The separating device separates sucked-in dirty water from the dirt container into the recycling system. Furthermore, the street sweeper comprises a fresh-water tank in which fresh-water is stored. Furthermore, a cleaning device is provided by means of which at least a part of the recycling system can be cleaned. The fresh-water from the fresh-water tank is used for cleaning the recycling system.
SELF-CLEANING NEGATIVE-PRESSURE EJECTOR
A self-cleaning negative-pressure ejector at least comprises a suction chamber, a jet pipe and a flushing member. A side wall of the suction chamber has at least one suction port for communicating with a first fluid pipeline. An exit port of the jet pipe is disposed in the suction chamber and ejects a second fluid so that a negative pressure is generated in the suction chamber, a first fluid in the first fluid pipeline enters the suction chamber, and a first included angle is between a direction in which the first fluid being sucked into the suction chamber and an ejection direction of the second fluid. The flushing member optionally provides a third fluid to flush the suction chamber and/or the first fluid pipeline.
Methods of cleaning a component within a turbine engine
A method of cleaning a component within a turbine that includes disassembling the turbine engine to provide a flow path to an interior passageway of the component from an access point. The component has coked hydrocarbons formed thereon. The method further includes discharging a flow of cleaning solution towards the interior passageway from the access point, wherein the cleaning solution is configured to remove the coked hydrocarbons from the component.
Drainline Cannon
The present invention provides an apparatus that comprises a main round cylinder, a round plate, a piston rod inserted into the main round cylinder, a handle mounted to one end of the piston rod, a nipple tube attached to the round plate, and an insert mounted to one end of the piston rod.
SUSPENSION CLEANING
A method of cleaning a contaminated surface, such as cleaning the elongate interior lumen of an endoscope contaminated with flesh, bone, blood, mucous, faeces or biofilm, said method comprising the steps of: providing a suspension of solid particles in a liquid to said contaminated surface, and flowing said suspension along said surface thereby to remove contaminant from the surface. The suspension is preferably a paste, where the solid material may be e.g. crystals of a salt, silicon oxide or organic material. The paste preferably has a solid fraction between 5 and 55%. A rheology modifier may be present.
Portable resonance induction cleaning system
A portable resonance induction cleaning system for cleaning a process tubular or heat exchanger can include a portable high pressure plunger pump, which can provide a liquid to the portable resonance induction cleaning apparatus. The portable resonance induction cleaning apparatus can regulate flow of the liquid to provide pressurized pulses of the liquid with a resonance for removing fouling. A hose assembly or ram connecting mechanism can provide the pressurized pulses of the liquid to the process tubular or heat exchanger. Air can be used to control flow of the pressurized pulses of the liquid. A hydraulic intensifier can be in fluid communication with the portable resonance induction cleaning apparatus for receiving the air, and a hydraulic control valve can be bi-directionally engaged with the hydraulic intensifier and the hydraulic ram. The hydraulic ram can seal with the heat exchanger to provide the pressurized pulses of the liquid thereto.
FOOT OPERATED DRAIN PUMP
A foot operated pump includes a water and airtight flexible and collapsible wall between a top plate and a base plate and an interior variable volume chamber. A flexible hose is selectively attachable to either an inlet port or an outlet port on the top plate member. The contents (air and/or liquid) within the variable volume chamber are forced out of the outlet port upon forced downward movement of the top plate member towards the base plate member. As the top plate member returns to a normally relaxed state in separated, angled relation to the base plate, the variable volume chamber enlarges and air is sucked through the inlet port to fill the variable volume chamber. An opposite end of the flexible hose attaches to various adapters and fittings for clearing clogged drain lines and other conduits.
Cleaning method, method for producing silicon single crystal, and cleaning device
A cleaning method includes a first removal step of causing an inert gas to which a pulsation is applied to flow into an exhaust pipe after a silicon single crystal doped with an n-type dopant is produced, to peel and remove a deposit; and a second removal step of causing an atmospheric air to which no pulsation is applied to flow into the exhaust pipe through a chamber to burn a part of the deposit with the atmospheric air, the part being not removable in the first removal step, and peel and remove a burned substance of the deposit.
