BEAKER CLEANING RECOVERY OVEN FOR USE IN A CANNABIS OIL EXTRACTION PROCESS AND METHODS OF USE
20220395870 · 2022-12-15 ·

A beaker cleaning recovery oven for extracting cannabis oil from a beaker including an oven, a beaker stand placed in the oven, and a beaker placed over the beaker stand. The beaker has a film or residue of cannabis after it being used for cannabis extraction process, rinsed with ethanol and drained for a predetermined time period. The oven heats and brings up the heat inside the beaker. The beaker stand rotates allowing the beaker to heat up evenly. The beaker heats up the film or residue of cannabis to flow down as cannabis oil. The oven positions over a cart allowing it to be transported. The cart includes a base frame with cut-sections for holding the beaker when not in use. The beaker cleaning recovery oven helps to reclaim a substantial amount of the film or residue from the beaker used during an extraction process.

Cleaning Method and Equipment thereof for Object FOUP
20220331848 · 2022-10-20 ·

The present invention provides a cleaning method and equipment thereof for object FOUP, comprising the following steps: firstly separating the object FOUP into a container lid and a container body, then conducting individual processes of wet washing, liquid removing and vacuum drying for the container lid and container body, and in the end combining the container lid and container body to complete the cleaning procedure of the object FOUP; specifically, during the liquid removing process, multiple wind knives are used to carry out liquid removing for the container body, and during the vacuum drying process after liquid removing, multiple thermal components are used to carry out vacuum drying for the container body under a vacuum environment; moreover, the present invention also includes the cleaning equipment to execute the above method, for the purpose of overcoming the problem that the wet cleaning process in the conventional automatic chip FOUP cleaning technique cannot effectively clean object FOUPs with relatively complicated internal structures.

CLEANING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SEMICONDUCTOR SUBSTRATE STORAGE ARTICLES
20230135865 · 2023-05-04 ·

Provided are methods and systems for cleaning various semiconductor substrate storage articles, in particular, FOUP doors. The FOUP doors and other similar articles often have openings that may get contaminated with cleaning liquids if not covered. The described cleaning system includes contact points for engaging the article and covering these openings. The contact points may be also used for supporting the article and for pressurizing the openings in the article with a gas. The gas may be supplied through one or more contact points. It prevents liquids from getting into the openings if even the openings are not completely sealed. The pressurization may be maintained through the entire wet portion of the cleaning process. The article may be rotated within the cleaning system while cleaning and/or other liquids or gases are dispensed through a set of spraying nozzles. Spraying nozzles may move to enhance cleaning of the article.
