BEAKER CLEANING RECOVERY OVEN FOR USE IN A CANNABIS OIL EXTRACTION PROCESS AND METHODS OF USE
A beaker cleaning recovery oven for extracting cannabis oil from a beaker including an oven, a beaker stand placed in the oven, and a beaker placed over the beaker stand. The beaker has a film or residue of cannabis after it being used for cannabis extraction process, rinsed with ethanol and drained for a predetermined time period. The oven heats and brings up the heat inside the beaker. The beaker stand rotates allowing the beaker to heat up evenly. The beaker heats up the film or residue of cannabis to flow down as cannabis oil. The oven positions over a cart allowing it to be transported. The cart includes a base frame with cut-sections for holding the beaker when not in use. The beaker cleaning recovery oven helps to reclaim a substantial amount of the film or residue from the beaker used during an extraction process.

The apparatus may comprise a base frame comprising a bottom support plate and a plurality of ware keepers positioned on the bottom support plate. Each ware keeper of the plurality of ware keepers may comprise a plurality of retention bodies formed from wire segments and defining a ware receiving volume therebetween. Each retention body may comprise one or more of a base connection stem, a seat segment, a body segment, a retention segment, and a lever segment. The seat segments of the retention bodies may form a ware seat positioned above and substantially parallel to the bottom support plate. According to another embodiment, an assembly may comprise a plurality of magazine apparatus.

A containment basket made of plastic material adapted for bottles or similar containers for liquids is described, having a substantially parallelepiped structure with sidewalls and a base including grids or slots and with an open side opposite to the base, and comprises a first fastening system on opposite first sidewalls of the basket, for securing one or more fixed grids made of plastic material parallel to the base of the basket, the fixed grids comprising apertures of a size suitable for housing the bottles; lateral guides on opposite second sidewalls of the basket, adapted for housing a lever system for positioning a sliding grid made of plastic material parallel to the one or more fixed grids and in an height-adjustable position along the second sidewalls, the sliding grid comprising apertures suitable for housing the bottles; first windows on the second sidewalls, adapted to cooperate with the lever system in order to allow the height-adjustable positioning of the sliding grid, and also to allow the sliding grid to slide between a first bottle retaining position and a second bottle releasing position.

An automated can adjustment system for a can cleaning system and associated method is disclosed. The automated can adjustment system can store different stage height information corresponding to various cans with different heights in a controller. The stage height information corresponding to the different can heights is associated with and recallable by various preset buttons operatively coupled with the controller. The controller is configured to communicate with the one or more drive mechanisms to adjust one or more stage heights based on the stage height information recalled when a particular preset button is selected. Different stage heights may be changed by then selecting a different preset button associated with a can having a different height.
BOTTLE CLEANER
A bottle cleaner includes a housing defining a chamber therein. A support frame is disposed within the housing to support one or more bottles. A base is disposed below the housing. A bottom liner is at least partially received within the housing. The bottom liner defines a plurality of openings and a fluid reservoir. At least one pump is disposed within the base to pump liquid from within the fluid reservoir to one or more spray jets for cleaning the bottles. Further, a blower and heater are disposed within the base. The blower discharges air into the chamber through the plurality of openings to dry the bottles. A heater element produces steam which aids in steam sterilization functionality.

Embodiments of a cell traverse for an aseptic region of a filling machine for filling packages with flowable products are provided. The cell traverse includes a frame structure with at least one first lateral longitudinal structure, at least one second lateral longitudinal structure opposite the first longitudinal structure, and a plurality of transverse elements arranged between the first and second longitudinal structures and connecting the longitudinal structures. Between the longitudinal structures and the transverse elements there are a plurality of cells of the cell traverse for receiving packages to be filled. At least some of the transverse elements are connected exclusively in an form-fit and/or force-fit manner to the longitudinal structures.

The apparatus may include an enclosure, a holder positioned in the enclosure, a receptacle for a beverage container in the holder, and an injector coupled to the enclosure. The holder may rotate in the enclosure about an axis of rotation. As the holder rotates, the receptacle may move (e.g., rotate) through a plurality of positions about the axis of rotation. The receptacle may be positioned to receive a beverage container in a first position about the axis of rotation. When rotated to a second position about the axis of rotation, the receptacle may be aligned with the injector and the injector may provide a fluid inside the beverage container in the receptacle. The receptacle may be positioned to drain the fluid from the beverage container in the receptacle in the second position or after being rotated to a third position.
