Automatic tie-rod apparatus
A tie rod forming apparatus includes a frame for supporting a material holding unit that releasably holds tie rod stock material, and a feed bed in structural communication with the material holding unit. The feed bed selectively accepts and manipulates the tie rod stock material. A cutting assembly is provided in operative communication with the feed bed, and an operator interface module is in communication with the material holding unit and the cutting assembly. The material holding unit selectively dispenses the tie rod stock material to the feed bed, and the cutting assembly manipulates a portion of the dispensed tie rod stock material, in dependence upon parameters communicated by the operator interface module.
Apparatus and method for working bars
An apparatus for working bars includes a plurality of containing devices disposed adjacent and parallel to each other with an oblong development in respective longitudinal directions to contain a respective bundle of bars. At least one work station is located downstream of the containing devices. The work station includes at least one removal device to remove at least one bar from one of the containing devices, at least one drawing unit configured to move the bars in a direction of feed parallel to the longitudinal directions, and at least one bending device configured to bend the bars At least one drive member is associated with the work station, configured to move work station in a transverse direction with respect to the longitudinal directions in order to take the removal device into correspondence with one or the other of the containing devices, which are substantially fixed in position.
METHOD FOR OPTIMISING THE CUTTING AND HANDLING UNIT FOR ELONGATED PRODUCTS
The method for optimising the cutting of elongated products, in particular bars or profiles for reinforced concrete, comprises the steps of arranging in succession along a longitudinal feed direction (Y) a feeding area (5), a cutting assembly (3) and a measuring path (4) for the products (2), the measuring path (4) being configured to receive on a respective receiving plane (4a) the products (2a) cut by the cutting assembly (3). The method also provides for arranging a storage (6) divided into a plurality of compartments (7) downstream of the measuring path (4), for receiving the cut products (2a).

Stamping Strip Manufacturing System
A stamping strip manufacturing system comprises a stamping machine forming terminals in a strip by stamping. A supply reel around which a strip to be stamped is wound supplies the strip to be stamped to the stamping machine, and a recovery reel around which the stamped strip is wound recovers the stamped strip. A strip cutting and welding device of the system cuts off an unqualified strip segment of the strip having an unqualified terminal and welds two cut ends of the cut strip to each other.

A stamping strip manufacturing system comprises a stamping machine forming terminals in a strip by stamping, a supply reel around which the strip to be stamped is wound for supplying the strip to be stamped to the stamping machine, and a recovery reel around which the stamped strip is wound for recovering the stamped strip. The system further includes an autonomous mobile robot on which a cutting tool and a welding tool are mounted. Machine to work oblong metal products, including a drawing apparatus to feed at least one of said metal products in a direction of feed and a work apparatus aligned in said direction of feed. The drawing apparatus includes a first drawing unit and a second drawing unit opposite each other with respect to said direction of feed. The first drawing unit and the second drawing unit define between them, in said direction of feed, a drawing channel for the at least one metal product. The drawing channel has a lying plane, defined by a plurality of anchoring inserts, for the at least one metal product, a supply apparatus being possibly present upstream of said drawing apparatus.

A machine for bending oblong elements, preferably metal, includes a feed unit configured to feed at least one of the oblong elements along a longitudinal axis. A bending device is located downstream of the feed unit and a curving unit is disposed downstream of the bending device and is configured to curve the oblong element along part of its oblong development.
