Powered bender
An assembly for bending a conduit and a portable conduit bender. The assembly may generally include a portable bender including a base having a base surface supportable on a work surface, a housing supported by the base and defining a housing axis, the housing including a handle engageable by an operator to carry the bender, and a shoe supported by the housing for pivoting movement about the housing axis, the shoe defining a channel for supporting a conduit to be bent; and a pipe threader removably supported by the housing, the threader being operable to pivotably drive the shoe relative to the housing to bend the conduit.
Bending Die Assembly with Split Die and Method for Using
A die assembly having a bending die and a clamp die. The bending die comprises one or more movable plates and a wedge plate. The bending die includes a channel formed in one or more of the plates configured to receive a pipe or other workpiece to be formed. The movable plates are movable between a first position wherein each plate is spaced from the adjacent plate a predetermined distance and a second position wherein each plate is compressed so there is less distance between the plates. Movement of the wedge plate from the retracted position to the engaged position causes the movable plates to move from the first position to the second position. Compression of the movable plates correspondingly reduces the width of the channel to help grasp any workpiece inserted therein.
Bending machine for bending rod-shaped or tubular workpieces
A bending machine for elongated workpieces, comprising a bending tool with a bending head having a bending disc with a bending groove and two slide rails, each having a molding groove and which can be placed laterally against opposing sides of the workpiece. Each slide rail is secured to a support part and laterally supports the workpiece from where the workpiece is fed into the bending groove to a point in front of the bending groove when the slide rail is resting against the workpiece. Each support part is adjustable between a starting position, in which the slide rail does not rest against the workpiece, and a final position, in which the slide rail contacts the workpiece. Upon contacting the workpiece, the other slide rail assumes its starting position. The support parts are attached to a two-arm lever, and a slide piece rests against the workpiece in each lever position.
Clampable pipe bender for restricted area
A clampable pipe bender is provided having a pivotable base plate coupled to a clamp. Atop the pivotable base plate is a pipe bending assembly with a pivotable holding clamp. The pivotable holding clamp is locked in place by way of a pull pin. The pipe bending assembly is comprised of at least one but preferably a plurality of channels into any of which a pipe can be inserted for bending purpose.

Cable bend radius gauge
A tool for bending cable comprising a web forming a base having an upper surface, a lower surface, first edge, second edge, a first area of the base defining a bend member portion and a second area of the base defining a hand hold portion. The tool further comprising a set of wire gauge measuring intervals is integral with the first edge in the second area. The tool further comprising a set of bend members is arranged in a raised diminishing hierarchy on the upper surface in the first area, forming a cable bend radius gauge.
BENDING MACHINE
A bending machine for bending profiles having a bending tool with a bending axis. The bending tool has at least one bending template forming a bending radius, and a swing arm that is pivotable about the bending axis. The swing arm has at least one clamping jaw which cooperates with the at least one bending template to fix a profile to be bent, having a profile separating device which is arranged on a tool holder and has a tool head. The tool head has a separating device and a cutout forming a separating region, the cutout extending as far as an edge of the tool head and forming an opening. The profile separating apparatus and the profile to be separated are movable relative to one another in a radial direction of the profile. The profile is insertable through the opening into the cutout and into the separating region.
Automated bender and systems and methods for providing data to operate an automated bender
An automated bender and its method of operation according to some embodiments of the disclosure is provided. The automated bender includes a carousel which has all of the necessary components for bending a variety of conduit sizes provided thereon. The carousel can be rotated to a desired bending position to bend a particular type of conduit. A straight workpiece is fed into the automated bender and a bent workpiece, which may have multiple bends therein, is output from the automated bender. This bending process is performed without manual intervention. Software for achieving same is provided.

Bender Shoe Ratchet
A bender shoe may comprise a first bender shoe plate, a second bender shoe plate, and a third bender shoe plate. A first side of the first bender shoe plate may be adjacent to a first side of the second bender shoe plate and the third bender shoe plate may be adjacent to a second side of the second bender shoe plate. The bender shoe may further comprise a ratcheting gear in a ratcheting gear opening in a second side of the first bender shoe plate. The bender shoe may comprise a first channel and a second channel. The first channel may be formed by a first surface on the first bender shoe plate and a second surface on the second bender shoe plate. The second channel may be formed by a third surface on the second bender shoe plate and a fourth surface on the third bender shoe plate.
