Dual Size Conduit Bender
20230241661 · 2023-08-03 ·

A dual size conduit bender preferably includes a base member, an upper pole support member, a foot support member and a conduit support member. Opposing ends of the upper pole support member extend from a top of the base member. A pole boss extends upward from a top of the base member. The foot support member extends upward from one end of the base member. The conduit support member extends from an opposing end of the base member. First and second curved grooves are formed in a bottom of the base member. A pair of clearance slots are formed in an end of the foot support member. A pair of insertion slots are formed in a top of the conduit support member. A pole bore is formed through a top of the upper pole support member into the pole boss to receive a bending pole.

CONDUIT BENDER

A powered conduit bending tool is configured to bend conduit. The tool comprises a housing, a motor contained within the housing, and a battery removably coupled to the housing to provide power to the motor. An output shaft extends from the housing and is driven by the motor to rotate about an axis. A head is coupled to the output shaft for rotation therewith. The head includes a curved channel for receiving the conduit. A guide is coupled to the housing and supported opposite the curved channel of the head. The guide includes a latching handle movable between a closed position and an open position. The motor drives the head to rotate relative to the housing so that the curved channel and the guide cooperate to bend the pipe.

A tool, such as a conduit bender, that includes a gear assembly for providing a mechanical advantage when bending a workpiece conduit. The gear assembly comprises a pinion gear rotatably coupled to a handle, the handle including a pin that can be selectively engaged with the pinion gear. The conduit bender also includes a shoe with teeth that protrude radially inward from a curved outer portion. When the conduit bender is in use, the teeth of the pinion gear engage with the teeth of the shoe.

A digitizer pointer is provided as part of a system for correcting a curvature or deformity in a patient's spine based on the digitized locations of implanted screws and tracking the placement of the rod as it is placed in a minimally invasive fashion. The digitizer pointer is includes an offset adjustment feature, a swivel feature, and a translation feature.

Conduit bender

A tool for bending an elongated workpiece includes a shaft having a first shaft portion and a second shaft portion, and a coupling assembly coupling the first shaft portion and the second shaft portion. The coupling assembly has a locked configuration in which the coupling assembly inhibits movement of the first shaft portion relative to the second shaft portion and an unlocked configuration in which the coupling assembly permits movement of the first shaft portion relative to the second shaft portion. The tool also includes a shoe coupled to the second shaft portion. The shoe has a curved bottom portion and a hook configured to hold the workpiece against the curved bottom portion. The curved bottom portion is engageable with the workpiece to bend the workpiece.

A conduit coupling includes a first connector at a first end of the conduit coupling, a second connector at a second end of the conduit coupling, and a stem between the first connector and the second connector. A first end of the stem is attached to the first connector. A second end of the stem is attached to the second connector. The stem is bent at a particular bend angle along a bend plane. The first connector includes an indicator that indicates an orientation of the bend plane.

A tubing bender device includes a frame, handle, ratchet mechanism, slide rod and a frame notch. The tubing bender may be easily disassembled and assembled into a forward or reverse configuration through the use of connectors, two brackets and a bending mandrel. Reversibility is also provided by a cross bow bar support releasably secured to either the slide rod or to a bracket. The cross bow bar support may also be inverted to position die heads in either an upward or downward direction. Repositionable die heads may also be rotated relative to the support into an operative configuration when bending smaller diameter tubing. The repositionable die heads are rotated relative to the support into a non-operative configuration when bending larger diameter tubing.

A handheld tube bender with bending disc die that includes a die level and a rotating handle level that allows the user to make accurate, level bends in many planes. The die level and angle markings can be viewed from either the front or the back side of the tube bender to allow operation when the site of the tube to be bent and the angle required for the bend only allows the user to view the back side of the tube bender. The handheld tube bender may be limited to being able to bend a specific diameter of tube or may be adjustable to bend tube of many different diameters.

An adjustable angle stop for bending conduit. The adjustable angle stop generally includes an elongated body comprising a first end and a second end and a stop element at the first end, and an inner surface on the elongated body adapted to engage a conduit. The elongated body may also include a plurality of indexing elements usable to position the angle stop on the conduit, the indexing elements indicating a bend angle. One or more magnets can removably attach the elongated body to the conduit, wherein the adjustable angle stop will contact a part of a bending tool indicative of a predetermined bend angle when the bend angle is reached.
