ELEMENT CHANGER
An element changer includes a plurality of operation pin members (4) inserted in a housing (3). Each of the operation pin members (4) has a wedge surface (12c). When the operation pin members (4) are pushed into the housing (3), each wedge surface (12c) is disengaged from an engaging portion (10a) provided at a leading end portion of a tubular wall portion (10) of a tool plate (2) or of a connection plate (1). This allows a tool (5) functioning as a second element to be detached from a robot arm (8) functioning as a first element.
QUICK-RELEASE TOOL CONNECTING ROD
A quick-release tool connecting rod is provided, including: a rod body, a quick-release mechanism and a second sleeve member. The rod body includes an inner space extending in an axial direction and a through hole communicated with the inner space. The quick-release mechanism includes a push rod received within the inner space, a locking member disposed within the through hole and a first sleeve member sleeved to the rod body. The first sleeve member is movable relative to the rod body in the axial direction to drive the push rod to move. The second sleeve member is co-movably sleeved to the first sleeve member, and the first sleeve member is partially embedded within an inner peripheral wall of the second sleeve member. The first sleeve member has a first hardness, and the second sleeve member has a second hardness which is smaller than the first hardness.
Holding attachment for denture abutment
A holding attachment includes a holding portion with a round or substantially round columnar hole shape in which a held portion of a material before cutting is inserted and a mounting portion that is mounted on a work mount of a cutting machine. The mounting portion includes at least one pin that is inserted to at least one pin insertion hole provided in the work mount and at least one engagement portion that is engaged with at least one rotation stopper provided in the work mount. A position reference portion of the material before cutting is recessed from a round or substantially round columnar outer peripheral surface of the held portion. The holding portion includes a fitting portion fit to the position reference portion of the material before cutting.
PROCESSING TOOL
A deburring tool includes a body including a cylinder chamber having a tool holder holding hole, and an anti-rotation body holding hole; a tool holder having an anti-rotation groove and disposed in the cylinder chamber to reciprocate in the cylinder chamber; a first elastic body disposed inside the cylinder chamber to urge the tool holder toward a distal end; a cover disposed outside the body to reciprocate between a detaching position and a processing position, the cover including, a pressing surface that covers the anti-rotation body holding hole at the processing position, and a relief portion; and an anti-rotation body accommodated in the relief portion when the cover is positioned at the detaching position and the tool holder is pulled from the tool holder holding hole.
DEVICE FOR COUPLING AND CENTERING TOOLS
A device for coupling and centering tools has a tubular portion with a coupling seat laterally delimited by a cylindrical centering surface, a first threaded hole with a first tightening dowel projecting into the coupling seat, a second threaded hole with a second tightening end projecting into the coupling seat, a third hole tangential to the centering surface and a locking pin removably lockable in the third hole in a position interfering with the coupling seat, and removable from the third hole to free the coupling seat.
POWER TOOL
A holding pin protrudes from a first opening of a through hole, enters a hole formed in a tip tool, and holds the tip tool. A spring member energizes the holding pin. A bush is press-fitted in the through hole and supports the spring member at a first end portion thereof. An inner diameter of a second opening of the through hole is formed larger than an outer diameter of the bush. As a result of this, a second end portion of the bush is arranged to avoid contact with the second opening of the through hole.
POWER DRIVE ADAPTER TOOL
Embodiments relate to a power drive adapter tool. The tool includes a drive adapter and a drill bit assembly. The drive adapter includes a body having a first end and a second end, the first end having a drive-receiving aperture configured to receive a drive from a drive tool, and the second end having a bit-receiving aperture configured to receive the drill bit assembly. The drill bit assembly has a drill bit and a connector, the connector having a proximal end and a distal end. The drill bit is permanently connected to the distal end, and the proximal end is configured to insert into the bit-receiving aperture.
Sheet Metal Tooling Assembly
A sheet metal tooling assembly for drilling, snipping, notching, and crimping sheet metal includes a housing, which defines an interior space. A motor and a drive linkage are engaged to the housing and are positioned in the interior space. The drive linkage is operationally engaged to the motor. A battery is selectively engageable to the first section so that the battery is operationally engaged to the motor. A fixed chuck is engaged to the housing and is operationally engaged to the drive linkage. A tool for tooling sheet metal is selectively engageable to the fixed chuck. The motor is positioned to actuate the tool via the drive linkage and the shaft so that the tool can effect tooling of the sheet metal.
Surgical grip with an internal and spring-biased rotation securing unit
A surgical grip for receiving a handpiece shaft for conjoint rotation therewith and/or for receiving a medical tool in such a way as to transmit torque, includes a carrier sleeve on which at least one coupling component provided for coupling the handpiece shaft is attached such that the at least one coupling component can be brought to a coupled position and to an uncoupled position in the operating state, wherein the at least one coupling component can be brought into contact with an activation unit which is arranged between the carrier sleeve and to an outer actuation sleeve, wherein a rotation securing unit present inside the actuation sleeve acts on the activation unit in a spring-biased manner in the operating state such that the activation unit is held secure against rotation relative to the carrier sleeve.
