Reciprocating tool
A reciprocating tool includes a motor, a reciprocating member, and a crank mechanism. The motor is disposed in a housing. The reciprocating member projects from the housing. The crank mechanism converts rotation of a rotation shaft of the motor into reciprocation of the reciprocating member. The crank mechanism rotates around an axis in a lateral direction by rotation transmission from the rotation shaft, and the crank mechanism includes a crank member having an eccentric pin, a connecting rod coupling the eccentric pin to the reciprocating member, and a balancer coupled to the eccentric pin, and the balancer is supported by the eccentric pin alone in the housing.
ATTACHMENT AND EARTH AUGER
A drilling operation is assisted to form an intended hole in a drill target. An attachment is attachable to an earth auger. The earth auger includes a motor housing accommodating a motor, a handle housing located behind the motor housing and including a grip portion receiving a trigger switch operable to activate the motor, a gear housing located in front of the motor housing and accommodating a gear, and a rotation output unit protruding downward from the gear housing to receive a drill bit. The attachment includes an auxiliary pole to be located adjacent to the drill bit and extendable in a vertical direction.
Housing for an electric machine tool
A housing for an electric machine tool, in particular for a core drill, said housing in which a motor is accommodated, which has a motor shaft for driving a tool mount and to which cooling air is supplied through at least one air guide duct, which is delimited at one end by at least one air inlet and at the other end by at least one air outlet. A guide structure, providing air guidance for the cooling air and associated with a motor mount, in which the motor is at least partially accommodated, is disposed in the air guide duct downstream from the at least one air inlet.
WALL HANGING SYSTEM
A tool hanging system. The tool hanging system includes a power tool having a mount receiving portion. A mounting attachment is engaged with the mount receiving portion. The mounting attachment includes a first portion adjacent to the power tool and an overhang portion spaced apart from and opposite the first portion. A groove is located between the first portion and the overhang portion. The mounting attachment also includes a peg board projection, the peg board projection projecting away from the power tool and past the overhang portion. The peg board projection engages with a pegboard.
HAND-HELD POWER TOOL
The present invention relates to the technical field of hand-held tools. Disclosed is a hand-held power tool, comprising: a housing; a motor; a chuck assembly; and a transmission mechanism having a drive shaft. The chuck assembly comprises a main body, a jaw, and an adjustment member threadedly connected to the jaw. The power tool has a drilling mode in which the main body, the jaw and the adjustment member rotate together, and an auto chuck mode in which the adjustment member and the main body can rotate relative to each other to realize opening and closing of the jaw. The power tool further comprises a first supporting member and a second supporting member used to rotatably support the main body at the housing. The first supporting member and the second supporting member are at least partially overlapped with the jaw in an axial direction of the drive shaft, such that the power tool is structurally compact in the axial direction. The main body is provided with an accommodation cavity therein. The first supporting member is positioned in the accommodation cavity, such that the tool is also structurally compact in a radial direction.
DRILLING TOOL
A drilling tool includes a motor, a tool holder, a main housing, an elongate grip part, a hollow connection part and a detection device. The motor includes a motor shaft rotatable around a first axis. The tool holder is configured to be rotationally driven around a second axis extending parallel to the first axis and defining a front-rear direction. The grip part is behind the main housing and extends in a direction crossing the second axis. The grip part includes a first end portion located on the second axis and a second end portion spaced apart from the second axis. The connection part connects the second end portion and the main housing. The connection part and the grip part together form an annular part. The detection device is disposed in the connection part and configured to detect a rotation state of the main housing around the second axis.
PNEUMATIC TOOL WITH ADJUSTABLE EXHAUST DIRECTION
A pneumatic tool with changeable exhaust direction includes a tool main body and a direction change assembly. The tool main body includes a housing portion having a first exhaust channel. The direction change assembly includes an air guidance member and an adjustment member. The air guidance member is mounted onto the housing portion, and a second exhaust channel is formed with the air guidance member. The adjustment member is installed with a sealing ring. The adjustment member generates an axial movement relative to the air guidance member and along a first axis to move away from the air guidance member in order to open the second exhaust channel or to allow the sealing member to abut against the air guidance member in order to close the second exhaust channel. Accordingly, the exhaust direction is adjustable during the use of the pneumatic tool in order to facilitate different processing operations.
Hole-making system
A hole-making system for making holes on the collar of a cylinder is provided. The hole making system includes a hand unit for making holes on the collar of the cylinder and the hand unit being configured to be used with two hands. The hole making system further includes a control unit configured to control operation of the hand unit. The hole making system further includes a pedal configured to enable a user to control the operation of the hand unit with a foot. The hand unit is held and controlled with two hands and a drilling command is provided by the pedal, allowing the user to control the hand unit in a more reliable manner.
COUNTERBALANCE SYSTEM FOR UPPER HORIZONTAL SURFACE DRILLING OPERATIONS
A counterbalance system employs one or more springs to support a large motor drill on an upper horizontal work surface, for example on the tops of drill jigs or bushings. The counterbalance system supports the drill above the work surface where the counterbalance system can slide across the work surface to selectively position the drill over a drill bushing through which a drilling operation is to be performed. A user of the drill supported on the counterbalance system can then push downwardly on the drill to compress the spring and perform a drilling operation. On removal of the downward directed force exerted by the user of the drill, the spring pushes the drill upwardly to disengage the drill from the work surface. The user of the counterbalance system can then slide the counterbalance system and the drill across the top of the work surface.
