SAWBLADE FOR A CIRCULAR SAW, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SAWBLADE, AND CIRCULAR SAWING MACHINE
A sawblade for a circular saw, including a round, disk-shaped core blade made from one or more parts, with a plurality of circumferentially distributed saw teeth being arranged at its external perimeter and with its center comprising a connection for fastening the sawblade at a driveshaft, and at least one side area of the core blade including open channels 7 for guiding liquids. A circular sawing machine having such a sawblade and a method for producing such a sawblade are also provided.
SAW GUIDE SUPPORT PAD
A support pad for a saw guide includes a first pad face and a second pad face opposite the first pad face. The first pad face includes an inner region and an outer region. The outer region surrounds the inner region. The outer region includes at least two pad openings and a pad channel. The pad openings are adapted to allow lubricant from the saw guide to pass through the support pad and to exit from the outer region. The pad channel extends between at least two of the pad openings. The pad channel provides a path for the lubricant to travel. The second pad face is adapted to be attached to the saw guide.
TWO-PART PIVOTABLE MOUNTING BLOCK FOR INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT
A two-part pivotable block component for mounting interposed a piece of industrial equipment and its mounting base. The two-part pivotable block component comprises an upper first part that is engageable with the base of the industrial equipment, and a lower second part that is engageable with a mount for the industrial equipment. The first part of the pivotable block component has an inclined surface in a first plane for pivotably engaging an inclined surface provided therefore on the second part of the pivotable block component. The inclined surface of the second part of the pivotable block component is in a second plane. The two-part pivotable block component is suitable for use with industrial equipment exemplified by electrical motors, hydraulic-driven motors, pressure-driven motors, and pumps. The two-part pivotable block component is also suitable for aligning arbors cooperating with industrial equipment.
Power Tool With Improved Liquid Dispensing System
A power tool comprising a body (110) arranged to support a rotatable work tool (120), the body comprising a front handle (130) and a rear handle (140), wherein the front handle is arranged between the rotatable work tool and the rear handle, the power tool comprising a liquid dispensing system (151,152, 153, 155) for adding a controlled amount of liquid to the rotatable work tool, the liquid dispensing system comprising a valve (153) for adjusting a flow of liquid in the liquid dispensing system, wherein the valve comprises a control member (154) arranged on the body adjacent to the front handle such that the control member is operable by a hand gripping the front handle.
Laying Machine and a Blade Assembly
The present invention relates to a laying machine for laying at least one flexible casing or tube, cable or wire including: a blade arrangement for making a trench in the ground, a consolidation and laying means being arranged behind the blade arrangement, for clearing and safe-guarding the trench from collapsing while laying at least one flexible casing or tube, cable or wire into the trench. A blade assembly comprising compartments for cooling fluid and air.
LUBRICANT FLOW CONTROL MANAGEMENT FOR SAW GUIDES
A saw guide for a saw arbor guide assembly comprises a head, a body, and one or more passages. The head has one or more intake channels adapted to supply lubricant to the saw guide. The body is connected to the head, with the body located between adjacent ones of the saw blades. The body has first and second faces, with the body further having a plurality of lubricant openings located on one or both of the first and second faces for supplying the lubricant to the saw blades. The passages extend through the head and the body and connect each of the intake channels with the lubricant openings, with the passages configured to carry lubricant from the one or more intake channels to the lubricant openings. For each of the lubricant openings, a flow control valve is located in the passage proximate to the lubricant opening to control a flow of lubricant through the lubricant opening. The flow control valves are configured to differentially control the flow of lubricant to the lubricant openings.
TILE SAW SPLASH GUARD AND RESERVOIR SYSTEM
A tile saw splash guard and reservoir system has a splash guard, a water reservoir, a pump and tubing for use on a tile wet saw. Water from the tray of the saw spills over into the reservoir and is pumped to the cutting blade to lubricate the blade. The splash guard directs overspray and spillage of water and sediment into the reservoir. Some embodiments have a spillover tube at the drain hole of the tray. Sediment from cut tile settles to the bottom of the reservoir, allowing clean water to be pumped. The system keeps the work area clean and extends the amount of time a conventional tile saw may be used before having to be cleaned.
