Oscillating tool drywall blade
An oscillating blade for cutting or shaping sheet materials such as drywall, with a blade, a sharing portion, a depth gauge for determining depth of cut, a caliper portion for premarking sheet materials for a standard dimension cut, and a reverse direction blade.
BLADE FOR A POWER TOOL
A blade for use with an oscillating power tool. The blade includes an attachment portion including a mounting aperture arrangement configured to couple with the oscillating power tool. The blade also includes a body extending from the attachment portion in a direction defining a longitudinal axis. The body includes a distal end generally opposite the attachment portion and first and second side edges extending between the attachment portion and the distal end. The blade also includes a channel open to one of the first or second side edges and extending towards the longitudinal axis from an open end to a closed end, the channel being defined by a first elongated edge and a second elongated edge opposed to the first elongated edge. At least one of the first or second elongated edges includes a chamfer.
ACCESSORIES FOR OSCILLATING POWER TOOLS
An accessory tool for a power-driven oscillating tool may include a plate, with a first working section defined along a first peripheral edge portion of the plate, and a second working section defined along a second peripheral edge portion of the plate. The first and second working sections may define cutting or abrading or chipping sections of the accessory tool. The first and second working sections may be separated by a notch formed in a third peripheral edge portion of the plate. Corner portions of the first working section and the second working section may be defined where the first and second working sections meet respective edge portions of the notch, allowing the corner portions to be inserted into and engaged in corresponding corner portions of channels for removal of material from the corner portions of the channels.
Sawing Tool
The disclosure relates to a sawing tool, in particular a saw blade, comprising: at least one connection part, which at least partly forms a connection region for connecting to a tool receptacle of a hand-held power tool; at least one main body, in particular one single-piece main body, which is connected to the connection part; at least one array of saw teeth, in particular one array of set saw teeth, which is arranged on the main body; and at least one functional region, in particular one reduction groove region, which is arranged on the main body and on which the array of saw teeth is at least partly arranged. According to the disclosure, the sawing tool has at least one transition region, which is arranged between the at least one connection region and the at least one functional region and which has increased flexural stiffness, in comparison to the functional region, in a direction orthogonal and/or parallel to a cutting plane of the array of saw teeth.
Tool System
A tool system includes at least one machining tool, in particular at least one oscillating machining tool, and at least one additional machining tool, in particular at least one additional oscillating machining tool. The at least one machining tool and the at least one additional machining tool are of the same type, and the at least one machining tool and the at least one additional machining tool differ from each other in at least one cutting blade characteristic, in particular cutting edge characteristic.
CUTTING TOOL
A cutting tool for severing a non-metallic material includes a holding element and a cutting element held on the holding element for cutting contact with the non-metallic material. A boundary region adjoins a holding material region of the holding element and a cutting material region of the cutting element. The precise severing of, for example, bone materials of human or animal origin, is possible in that a deformation resistance against an elastic deformation of the holding material region is greater than a deformation resistance against an elastic deformation of the cutting material region.
ACCESSORY FOR AN OSCILLATING POWER TOOL
An accessory for an oscillating power tool includes an anchor for selectively coupling with an oscillating power tool. The anchor includes a generally planar portion having an anchor interface configured to couple to the oscillating power tool and defining a longitudinal axis and a center point. The anchor interface includes a central aperture and a plurality of peripheral openings. The central aperture includes the center point therein. The plurality of peripheral openings are disposed radially about the center point and in communication with the central aperture. The plurality of peripheral openings also includes at least one conjoined group of peripheral openings collectively in communication with the central aperture by way of a shared neck opening. The at least one conjoined group includes a first peripheral opening, a second peripheral opening, and a third peripheral opening.
Tool device
The invention relates to a tool device which is suitable for use with a machine tool, in particular a hand guided machine tool, having a driving device moving, in particular in an oscillating manner, around a driving axis. The tool device has an attachment device which allows it to be fastened on a machine tool such that its driving axis and an axis of rotation of the tool substantially coincide. The attachment device, for absorbing the driving force, has at least two driving area regions, which are spaced apart from said tool axis of rotation and each has a plurality of surface points. The tangent planes to said surface-area points are inclined in regard to an axial plane, which encloses the tool axis of rotation. Furthermore, said tangent planes are inclined regard to a radial plane which extends perpendicularly to the tool axis of rotation. This means that the torque introduced into the tool device by the machine tool, via the driving device, is reliably absorbed.
Power tool
A power tool includes a spindle, a motor, an inner housing and an outer housing elastically connected to the inner housing. The inner housing is formed by a first inner housing portion formed of metal connected to a second inner housing portion formed of synthetic polymer. The first inner housing portion includes a housing part disposed in a front part of the outer housing, and a first extending part extending rearward from the housing part and disposed in a grip part of the outer housing. The second inner housing portion includes a second extending part that has a tubular shape and at least partially surrounds the first extending part, and a rear end part connected to the second extending part and disposed in a rear part of the outer housing. The first extending part extends rearward of a center of the second extending part in the front-rear direction.
Electric tool
Included are: a clamp configured to switch between a mounting state in which a tip tool is mounted and a releasing state in which the tip tool is removed; a clamp moving portion configured to move between a first position at which the clamp is in the mounting state and a second position at which the clamp is in the releasing state; a clamp urging portion configured to urge the clamp moving portion to the first position; a case accommodating at least a part of each of the clamp, the clamp moving portion, and the clamp urging portion; a retaining portion configured to retain the clamp moving portion at the second position; and a mounting operation portion configured to receive mounting operation for switching the clamp from the releasing state to the mounting state. When the mounting operation portion receives the mounting operation, the retaining portion cancels retaining of the clamp moving portion at the second position.
