Device and Method for Checking and Correcting the Position of an Operating Device With Respect to a Piece
A device and method for monitoring and correcting the position and orientation of an operating device (2) with respect to a piece (P). A measuring device (5) including a plurality of sensors (505) connected to the operating device is used to measure through contactless technology the distances of the sensors from a surface (π) of the piece along respective directions (l, r, s) having given orientations. The sensor measurements are compared to predetermined desired values and the position of the operating device (2) is selectively changed to maintain a desired positional relationship between a main operative axis (X1) of the operative device and operation axis (X2) defined by the surface of the piece.

The positioning device (20) comprises a retention device (30) for exerting a retention force onto the joining element (17), wherein the retention device (30) is movably arranged.
WELDING APPARATUS
A welding apparatus includes a main unit which supports, optionally indirectly, a first electrode and a second electrode which can be crossed by an electric current in order to perform welding treatments; a device for the temporary release of a supporting arm of the first electrode is associated with the unit and is selectively activatable to temporarily allow the movement of the arm. The device further includes a lever for the actuation of the body, which can slide at least between a first configuration, in which it is accommodated in a parallel manner in the body, and a second configuration, in which it protrudes from the body and a terminal portion thereof is retained rotatably by the body.
AUTOMATED MARKING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REPLACEABLE AUTOMATED MACHINE COMPONENT TRACKING
An automated marking system for replaceable component tracking includes a robotic arm and a marking tool that is configured to place a distinguishing mark on a replaceable component of the robotic arm. A control system includes logic saved in memory that causes the robotic arm to move the replaceable component to the marking tool to place the distinguishing mark on the replaceable component.
Indirect spot welding apparatus and welding method
An indirect spot welding apparatus includes a welding electrode that is brought into pressure contact with one of surfaces of a plurality of plate-shaped members that are objects to be welded in one side in a stacking direction of the plate-shaped members, a ground electrode that is brought into pressure contact with the one of the surfaces in the one side or another one of the surfaces in the other side in the stacking direction in a position shifted from an axial center of the welding electrode, and an opposed member disposed coaxially with the ground electrode to be opposed to the ground electrode so as to hold at least one of the plate-shaped members between the opposed member and the ground electrode, and the welding electrode is mechanically integrated with the ground electrode to be movable in a direction parallel to an axial direction of the ground electrode.
Fastener welding apparatus
A fastener welding apparatus having a frame assembly, a welding assembly, a coupling assembly and a locating assembly. The welding assembly has a welder frame and a welding electrode assembly coupled thereto. The coupling assembly has a suspension frame, a frame axle and a welding axle. The frame axle is fixedly engaged to the frame assembly and the welding axle is fixedly engaged to the welding assembly. The suspension frame is pivotably coupled to each of the frame axle and the welding axle. The locating assembly is structurally configured to selectively allow the suspension frame to pivot relative to the frame axle and the welding axle.
BATTERY-POWERED ELECTRONIC RESISTANCE WELDING MACHINE FOR SHEET METAL REPAIR
A battery-powered electronic resistance welding machine for sheet metal repair, comprising a machine unit (10), which includes a handle (12) and an activation and deactivation button (13), at least one first rod (14), which is constrained in a sliding fashion (F) to a terminal (15) of the machine unit (10), which has, at one free end, a ground electrode or tip (16) that comes into contact with at least one metal portion to create an electrical resistance circuit, at least one second rod (17), constrained in a sliding fashion (F) to the terminal (15), which has, at one free end, a welding or terminal electrode or tip (18) for the fixing of repair accessories of the metal portion. There is a rechargeable battery (11) in the machine unit (10), for example a lithium-polymer accumulator, which allows the electronic resistance welding machine to be powered without using the mains power supply.
Spot welding apparatus
A spot welding apparatus includes a stationary frame having a housing formed therein. An upper welding gun is mounted to a length direction of a pressing unit disposed in the housing of the stationary frame. A plurality of lower welding guns are mounted on an outside of the stationary frame and ends of the plurality of lower welding guns selectively face one end of the upper welding gun in a length direction of the lower welding guns by the plurality of lower welding guns. A plurality of actuators are mounted on the outside of the stationary frame. A plurality of link units are disposed between the actuators and the lower welding guns, connect the actuators and the lower welding guns, respectively, and rotate as the actuators are operated.
