SOLDERING IRON
A soldering iron including an iron main body; and an iron tip having a leading end configured to fuse solder, the iron tip including an iron tip main body of a thermal conductive material; a heater configured to heat the iron tip main body, and a temperature sensor configured to detect a temperature of the leading end side of the iron tip, wherein, a first hole part accommodating the heater and a second hole part accommodating the temperature sensor are formed independent of each other inside the iron tip main body.
System and method for induction heating of a soldering iron
A soldering iron system includes a power assembly that provides power to an induction heater at a variable voltage and a variable frequency. A control assembly adjusts the temperature of the heater in accordance with signals from a current detector coupled to the induction heater and a selection made by the user on an operating level selector.

SOLDERING IRON INCLUDING TEMPERATURE PROFILING AND METHOD OF USE
A soldering iron with temperature profiling, comprising a hand piece or a robot arm including a soldering tip; a processor configured to provide temperature profiling where the soldering tip is one or more of the following during a soldering event: provided at a fixed tip temperature ramp rate during the soldering event; and provided at an adjustable tip temperature ramp rate during the soldering event.
Solder processing device
In a solder processing device (A) which includes: a substantially tubular iron tip (5) that can be heated and that is extended vertically; and a solder piece supply portion (2, 6) that supplies a solder piece (Wh) from above into the iron tip (5), and in which the heat of the iron tip (5) is used to melt the solder piece (Wh) such that the molten solder is supplied downward, the supplied solder piece (Wh) is forcefully brought into contact with the inner wall of the iron tip (5). In this way, it is possible to more reliably heat and melt the solder piece (Wh) by use of the heat of the iron tip (5).
OPERATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE, OPERATION MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A work management apparatus, a work management method, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a control program for managing a plurality of soldering works to be manually performed on a board, include: storing, in association with identification information of the board acquired by an identification information acquisition device connected to the work management apparatus, captured images of an entirety of the board and monitor information being chronologically continuous and respectively acquired by an image-capturing device and a soldering monitor device each connected to the work management apparatus in the soldering works; and chronologically displaying each of the captured images and monitor information stored in association with one piece of identification information selected from among the stored identification information of the board in a state where a capturing date and time of the captured image and an acquisition date and time of the monitor information match.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR WELDING TOOL AUTOMATION
The present disclosure relates to a hot knife having a removable blade or tip that has been specifically designed to perform knife joining operations. The knife is mounted to a quick change tool that connects to the end of a robotic arm.
Sensor and sensor assemblies for a thermometer
The invention is directed to embodiments of a temperature sensor for use with a temperature measuring device, for example a digital thermometer. The temperature sensor includes at least two and preferably three wires joined at a thermocouple. The temperature sensor is designed to be mounted on terminals of the digital thermometer sensor to allow precise temperature measurements for a thermal device, for example a soldering tool or de-soldering tool.
Soldering Station
A soldering station includes a first tool port configured to interface with a first soldering tool, a second tool port configured to interface with a second soldering tool, a display configured to display information relating to one or both of the first and second soldering tools, and processing circuitry configured to interface with the display to provide the information relating to one or both of the first and second soldering tools. The first tool port has a first indicator associated therewith and the second tool port has a second indicator associated therewith. The first indicator generates a first color that is also generated at a third indicator associated with the first soldering tool. The second indictor generates a second color that is also generated at a fourth indicator associated with the second soldering tool, the first and second colors being different from each other.
Composite soldering, de-soldering station and system
A soldering and de-soldering station and systems including enhanced features for the soldering heating tools, load detection functionality, tip management, automatic tip temperature calibration, cartridge/handle position and movement sensing and interactive capabilities.
