Method of determining state of iron tip
By a method of determining the state of an iron tip according to the present invention, in a soldering device including: an iron tip that includes a solder hole into which a solder piece is supplied and that heats and melts the solder piece in the solder hole; a gas supply source that supplies a gas; and a gas supply portion that makes the gas supply source communicate with the solder hole and that supplies the gas from the gas supply source into the solder hole, the total flow rate of the gas flowing through the gas supply portion or a supply pressure is constant, a physical quantity of the gas flowing within the gas supply portion is measured and the measured physical quantity is compared with a previously provided reference value or table such that the state of the iron tip is determined. In this way, it is possible to constantly accurately determine the state of the iron tip.

PORTABLE SPOT WELDER
Disclosed is a portable spot welder. The spot welder includes a control board; a battery connected to the control board; an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) detection module connected to the control board; a power metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) module connected to the battery; an optical-coupler isolation driving module connected to the power MOS module and the control board; a battery protection module connected to the battery and the control board; a power supply module connected to the battery protection module and the control board; and a soldering iron module connected to the battery protection module and provided with spot welding pen interfaces. The spot welder can be connected to an external spot welding pen for use or used as an emergency power bank. A safety coefficient is improved, risks of overheating, overcurrent and a short circuit of a portable spot welder body are reduced, and a size is reduced.
Component joining apparatus, component joining method and mounted structure
A component joining apparatus, which can realize positioning between a component and a substrate with high accuracy by avoiding influence of thermal expansion of the substrate at the time of joining the component to the substrate by heating at a high temperature, includes a component supply head holding a component and a heating stage heating and holding a substrate, in which a heating region where the heating stage contacts the substrate includes a joining region of the substrate in which the component is joined, and the substrate is larger than the heating stage and a peripheral part of the substrate does not contact the heating stage.
HEATING DEVICE
A method for a heating device suitable for heating at least one soldered joint between an electronic component including at least a first contact mound and a printed circuit board. The soldered joint on the one hand securing the electronic component to the printed circuit board and on the other hand, while providing electrical continuity, the electronic component also having an electronic-component width, and an electronic-component thickness, wherein it includes an electrical-connection suitable for being coupled to an electrical power supply and a heater suitable for reaching a temperature at least equal to the melting point of the solder.
Hand held circular heating elements
A device that is a handheld circular heating element for use in the construction industry is described. Specifically the device is useful for applying heat uniformly to a two-piece membrane for separation of the outer layer to allow the inner layer to be exposed. The device includes a handle, an electrical supply, an on/off switch and a heating element. The device uses electricity to heat the heat-emitting burner of the heating element, which is then placed next to the membrane. As the membrane is warmed, the two layers of the membrane are able to be separated, which exposes the inner membrane.
