Spring arm sleeve

A spring arm sleeve, with which a joining element of a joining device is positionable and which comprises the following features: a tubular section which is formed by a circumferential or all-round wall, the circumferential wall comprises in the circumferential direction a plurality of U-shaped apertures regularly spaced apart from one another, which form a plurality of one-sidedly fastened spring arms which are inclined radially inwards into the tubular section and extend from a fixed end in a first longitudinal direction.

SUPPLY DEVICE FOR SHAFT-LIKE COMPONENT
20220371206 · 2022-11-24 ·

A shaft-like component supply device has a form in which a component supply pipe and an outer cylinder are intersected at an acute angle and coupled. A supply rod holds and advances a shaft-like component at a distal end and releases the shaft-like component at a target location. Meanwhile, component transfer from the outlet hole of the component supply pipe to the distal end of the supply rod is performed by the attraction force of a magnet. The supply rod includes an inner shaft mounted with a magnet and a hollow shaft. A first drive device that advances and retracts a holding piece and a second drive device that pulls back the magnet of the inner shaft in a direction away from the distal end of the supply rod are coupled to a single holding member mounted near a distal end part of an outer cylinder.

Pick tooling device for automated fastening
11491595 · 2022-11-08 · ·

A pick tooling device including a pick tool configured to pick up an object such as fastener, and a driver having a drive bit that is configured to drive the fastener. The pick tool may be a pneumatically-operable gripper tool that is used to pick up the fastener, or the pick tool may be a vacuum-operable pick tool that utilizes suction to pick up the fastener. The drive bit may be axially movable relative to the pick tool to engage and drive the fastener picked up by the pick tool. The device may include a tool changer having one side that is operably connected to the driver, and another side that is operably connected to a fastener-specific pick tool, in which the pick tool can be separated from the driver to permit quick-changeover to a different type of pick tool.

Device for picking and tightening screw

A device for lifting and tightening screws includes a transporting unit to move the device to a screw suction position or a screw locking position, a suction nozzle unit, a vacuum generator, and an electronic screwdriver unit. When the device is moved to a position to attract and apply suction to a screw, the suction nozzle unit captures a screw. When the device is moved to the screw locking position, the electronic screwdriver unit tightens the screw. The device prevents the suction nozzle from contacting the workpiece, guides a suction position of the screw, and can function in relation to screw holes surrounded by steps and barriers.

Rivet dispensing systems and methods of use thereof

Rivet dispenser systems and methods of use thereof are provided. In a non-limiting embodiment, the rivet dispenser system comprises a rivet receiving member defining a channel therein, and a seat member. The channel includes a curved region. The rivet receiving member comprises a first port and a second port. The first port communicates with the channel and is configured to receive rivets. The second port communicates with the channel and is configured to dispense rivets. The channel extends between the first port and the second port and is configured to transport rivets from the first port to the second port in a series arrangement and in a preselected orientation. The seat member communicates with the second port and is configured to selectively engage with a rivet holder of a resistance spot rivet welding apparatus and introduce a single rivet to the rivet holder at one time.

Fastening device

A fastening device is equipped with a stocker. The stocker has a circular arcuate shape which is curved in a horizontal plane, and accommodates fastening tools in a state of being aligned in a row. The fastening tool that is positioned at a most downstream side of the stocker is supplied to the receiving site by an unloading and supplying device. Furthermore, the fastening tool supplied to the receiving site is screw-rotated by a screw-rotating device that is displaced toward the fastening tool.
