Clamping device for an adjustable stop of a processing machine, particularly a moulding machine, and processing machine, particularly moulding machine, with a clamping device
A clamping device for an adjustable stop of a processing machine for guiding workpieces through the processing machine is provided with at least one clamping part that clamps the stop against at least one counter stop. The clamping part is provided on a transmission element, wherein the transmission element is acted upon with a force (F.sub.1) that is converted into a clamping force (F.sub.2) acting upon the clamping part. A release unit is provided for releasing the clamping action. The transmission element is a two-armed lever, one arm of which is acted upon with the force (F.sub.1) in the form of a compressive force and the other arm of which generates the clamping force (F.sub.2).
CAM DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CAM DEVICE
A cam device includes: a cam unit, a reduction unit and a housing. The cam unit includes a rotating body and a cam. The rotating body includes a cam follower. The cam includes a cam surface that engages with the cam follower, and the cam is configured to rotate the rotating body by rotation of the cam. The reduction unit is provided between a motor and the cam, and includes a motor gear and a cam gear. The motor gear is mounted on a motor side of the reduction unit. The cam gear is mounted on a cam side of the reduction unit. The housing includes a first housing part and a second housing part as a unit. The first housing part accommodates the cam unit, and the second housing part accommodates the reduction unit.
Movement-guiding device
A movement-guiding device that includes a moving rail having a rolling element rolling surface; a first block that engages with the rolling element rolling surface of the moving rail via a plurality of rolling elements; a fixed rail including a rolling element rolling surface; a second block that engages with the rolling element rolling surface of the fixed rail via a plurality of rolling elements; and a joint member. The joint member is formed in a plank shape and connects the moving rail and the fixed rail by having the first block mounted on one surface and having the second block mounted on the other surface. The joint member is formed having a height difference.
