Operation panel for machine tool
An operation panel for a machine tool includes: a blower device that includes a plurality of blade sections and a center axis section, the plurality of blade sections rotating around a center axis, the center axis section having a circular columnar shape around the center axis and being disposed on a radial-directional inside about the center axis relative to the plurality of blade sections the blower device sucking air in an axial direction about the center axis and blowing out the air in the axial direction about the center axis an opposed wall that is disposed on an air suction side of the blower device and that is disposed so as to face the blower device in the axial direction about the center axis; and an intermediate member that is provided between the opposed wall and the center axis section in the axial direction about the center axis.
Material support systems, material support structures, and related methods
A core support system includes a support structure. The support structure includes a frame and a support member having a saturatable engagement layer disposed over the frame. A method of machining a core material incudes applying a fluid to an engagement layer of a support structure and saturating the engagement layer with the fluid, disposing a core material on the engagement layer, causing the fluid to freeze to secure to the core material to the support structure, machining the core material, melting the frozen fluid to release the core material from the support structure, and removing the core material from the engagement layer.
CUTTING FLUID SUPPLYING DEVICE FOR MACHINE TOOL
A cutting fluid supplying device for a machine tool includes a machine tool having a structure body including a bed, a column disposed on the bed, and a spindle head disposed to the column and at least one of the ejection ports for ejecting a cutting fluid. The cutting fluid supplying device for a machine tool further includes a storage tank for storing the cutting fluid to be supplied to the machine tool, at least one of the cutting fluid flow passages for connecting the storage tank and the at least one of the ejection ports, and at least one of the pumps for applying pressure to the cutting fluid to supply the cutting fluid stored in the storage tank to the at least one of the cutting fluid flow passages. The at least one of the cutting fluid flow passages is disposed to penetrate through or disposed on an outer surface of the structure body so as to allow heat exchange between the cutting fluid and the structure body.
Cooling system of machine tool body casting
A cooling system of machine tool body casting includes a body casting, a cooling device, and a fan. The body casting is provided with an inner space, an inlet end, and an outlet end. The inlet end and the outlet end are connected with the inner space. The cooling device is disposed at the inlet end. The fan is disposed on one side of the cooling device for inputting external air, such that the external air is input into the inner space and discharged from the outlet end. Therefore, the fan triggers the cold air to flow in the inner space for cooling down the heat of the body casting.
SEAL-LESS AIRLOCK WAFER STAGE
An airlock stage body includes a top surface, a bottom surface and a side surface. The bottom surface includes a peripheral edge that is continuous around a periphery of the bottom surface. The side surface includes a first part extending from the peripheral edge of the bottom surface to a first edge in the side surface, a second part extending from the first edge towards a center of the body to a third part extending from the second part toward the top surface. The second and third parts of the side surface may include a roughness parameter that is less than or equal to about 20 pin. At least one aperture may extend from the bottom surface to the top surface, and an insert corresponding to each aperture may be bolted to the bottom surface of the body.
Precision machine tool
In a precision machine tool wherein a spindle head that is movable in the up and down direction is disposed on a column disposed on a bed and a water storage space for storing temperature-regulated cooling water is formed inside the column, the column has, in a lower part thereof, intake ports through which cooling water is led into the water storage space, the column has, in an upper part thereof, and an air vent hole through which air in the column is discharged is formed at a position higher than the drain opening.
Machine tool with a machine rack constructed of structural parts
Provided is a machine tool with a machine rack constructed of structural parts and components mounted thereon, the components including functional components. The functional components generate heat during the operation of the machine tool which is input into the structural parts and/or the components by heat transport. The machine tool may also include a flow channel system disposed on the structural parts and/or the components of the machine tool in which a tempering medium is circulated such that the heat generated by the functional components is distributed in the machine rack and/or the components as a result of the passage of the tempering medium.
COOLING STSTEM OF MACHINE TOOL BODY CASTING
A cooling system of machine tool body casting includes a body casting, a cooling device, and a fan. The body casting is provided with an inner space, an inlet end, and an outlet end. The inlet end and the outlet end are connected with the inner space. The cooling device is disposed at the inlet end. The fan is disposed on one side of the cooling device for inputting external air, such that the external air is input into the inner space and discharged from the outlet end. Therefore, the fan triggers the cold air to flow in the inner space for cooling down the heat of the body casting.
Finger Electrostatic Chuck for High Resistance Substrate Chucking
Embodiments of bipolar electrostatic chucks are provided herein. In some embodiments, a bipolar electrostatic chuck, includes: the electrostatic chuck; and a plurality of electrodes disposed in the electrostatic chuck, wherein the plurality of electrodes include a positive electrode arranged in a first pattern comprising a plurality of first arcuate bands coupled together via first connection fingers that extend radially therebetween and a negative electrode arranged in a second pattern comprising a plurality of second arcuate bands coupled together via second connection fingers that extend radially therebetween, wherein the plurality of first arcuate bands are arranged in an alternating pattern with the plurality of second arcuate bands, wherein there is a gap between the first pattern and the second pattern.
