The liquid accommodated in the tank is cooled by bubbles of the compressed gas, and the cooled liquid is supplied to the processing apparatus.

The cutting condition setting unit sets a scheduled machining start time and a scheduled machining end time. The temperature information acquiring unit acquires an influencing temperature of the temperature regulating unit on the machine body temperature and/or an air temperature outside the plant. The machining accuracy influence amount predicting unit predicts an influence amount of the temperature regulating unit on the machining accuracy based on the operating pattern, the scheduled machining start time and the scheduled machining end time, and at least one of the influencing temperature and/or the air temperature outside the plant and a set temperature of the temperature regulating unit.

The present invention provides a method and system for controlling the temperature of an electric motor by adjusting the electric losses in the motor. In an embodiment, the required load on the motor is determined and a first motor voltage is provided to meet the required load. A predetermined temperature set point for the motor is compared against the temperature of the motor and based on the temperature of the motor and the predetermined temperature set point, a secondary motor voltage is determined. The motor voltage may then be adjusted based on the calculated voltage and the motor load measurement adjusted based on the measured motor speed and actual motor voltage.

The constant temperature water supply apparatus is provided with water temperature adjusting units that adjust processing water and cooling water to predetermined temperatures and temperature adjustment control units that reset predetermined temperatures of the water temperature adjusting units. The processing apparatus is provided with water temperature detectors that detect the water temperatures of the processing water and the cooling water and water temperature managing units that each calculate the temperature difference between the water temperature detected by the water temperature detector and a desired temperature set in advance.
