Cutting Machine Comprising a Force Transducer, Process of Operating Such Cutting Machine and Process of Calibrating the Force Transducer of Such a Cutting Machine
A cutting machine includes a tool holder for holding the tools required for chip-removing machining of a workpiece, and a tool arm connecting the tool holder to a drive unit, which moves the tool arm to align one of the required tools with a workpiece in each manufacturing step. The tool arm includes an upper arm connected with the drive unit and mechanically connected to a lower arm. The lower arm is connected with the tool holder. At least one force transducer is positioned between the upper arm and the lower arm so that during chip-removing machining of a workpiece, the force transducer is capable of measuring a tool force exerted by any of the required tools in a main flow of forces.
EDGE MILLING DEVICE AND EDGE MILLING COMPONENT THEREOF
An edge milling device is provided and includes a base platform having a working surface, at least one edge milling component displaceably disposed on the working surface for processing a side surface of a target object, a positioning structure disposed on the working surface for placing the target object, and a fastening portion disposed corresponding to the positioning structure to press the target object on the positioning structure, thereby speeding up the production and improving the production efficiency.
HEIGHT MILLING DEVICE AND HEIGHT MILLING COMPONENT THEREOF
A height milling device is provided, which has a base platform with a working surface and at least a height milling component displaceably disposed on the working surface for performing a height machining on a target object, thereby speeding up the production, improving the production efficiency and reducing the labor cost.
Eyeglass lens processing apparatus
An eyeglass lens processing apparatus for processing a periphery of an eyeglass lens includes: a lens chuck shaft configured to chuck the eyeglass lens; a shaft angle changing portion configured to change a shaft angle of the lens chuck shaft; a first processing tool unit including at least one spindle at which a first processing tool is provided; a second processing tool unit that is disposed to oppose the first processing tool unit and that includes at least one spindle at which a second processing tool is provided; and a controller configured to change one of the first and second processing tool unit to be used for processing the eyeglass lens to the other of the first and second processing tool by controlling driving of the shaft angle changing portion to change the shaft angle of the lens chuck shaft.
Horizontal multi-spindle machining center
The present invention relates to a machining center, and more specifically to a horizontal multi-spindle machining center, in which 2-axis (Y- and Z-axis) or 3-axis (X-, Y- and Z-axis) transfer drive units are disposed in the machining center installed to machine workpieces, in which a ram equipped with spindles is moved in the up-down, front-back, and/or left-right directions of the workpieces, in which the spindles are configured to include a plurality of spindles, i.e., 2 to 8 spindles, so that a plurality of workpieces may be machined simultaneously, and in which tool change is simultaneously performed for tools fastened to the plurality of spindles and configured to machine workpieces by using an auto tool changer (ATC), so that tool change speed may be improved and thus manufacturing efficiency may be improved.
MULTI-SPINDLE FULLY AUTOMATIC VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER
The invention discloses a multiple-spindle full-automatic vertical machining center, which comprises an actuator, a lathe bed, a feeding area, a tooling area, a machining area and a tool changer area. The actuator comprises a ram, a saddle and a sliding table, the feeding area crosses the lathe bed, and the feeding area and the tool changer area are respectively located on two opposite sides of the machining area, the feeding area is located at a forefront end of the machining center, and the actuator moves above the feeding area, the tooling area, the machining area and the tool changer area. Compared with the prior art, a conveyor belt is arranged in front of the whole machine tool and crosses the machine tool, a length of the conveyor belt may be increased or decreased as required, and by increasing the length of the conveyor belt, more raw materials and finished parts may be stored, so labor is saved.
Multi-spindle machine tools
The present invention provides certain additional improvements for such mechanical-type multi-axis machine tools. These improvements include: (1) permitting the spindles to be rotated about their respective axes relative to the member independently of one another, (2) providing a low-cost, and yet highly-effective, sensor apparatus for determining the angular position of the member relative to the frame without the use of an expensive encoder or the like, (3) mounting the rotatable member more precisely relative to the frame, and (4) providing a zero-backlash tool slide on the frame for imparting an action to a workpiece.
