Systems and methods suitable for shaping and cutting materials. Such a system includes first and second carriage units that are independently operable to travel in a travel direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of a table supporting the material. The first and second carriage units have first and second arms, respectively. A cutting device coupled to the first arm forms a slit in the material, and a deburring device coupled to the second arm forcibly removes burrs from the slit. The deburring device is behind the cutting device relative to the travel direction and forcibly removes burrs in the travel direction toward a breakthrough point of the slit. The second carriage unit oscillates parallel to the travel direction so that the deburring device moves toward and away from the breakthrough point of the slit to remove burrs at the breakthrough point.

The present invention aims to provide an interlayer film for a laminated glass having recesses in the shape of engraved lines on both surfaces to exhibit excellent deaeration properties in production of a laminated glass and suppressing formation of a moire pattern when unwound from a rolled body thereof. The present invention also aims to provide a laminated glass including the interlayer film for a laminated glass, a method for producing an embossing roll suitably used for production of the interlayer film for a laminated glass, and a method for producing the interlayer film for a laminated glass. The present invention relates to an interlayer film for a laminated glass, having a large number of recesses on both surfaces, the recesses each having a groove shape with a continuous bottom and being regularly adjacent and parallel to each other, the interlayer film having a glossiness on a surface with the large number of recesses measured in conformity with JIS Z 8741-1997 of higher than 3% or a haze value measured in conformity with JIS K 7105-1981 of 87% or lower.

A bullet-carried rust removal mechanism and a rust removal device are provided. The bullet-carried rust removal mechanism includes bullets, the bullets can reciprocate linearly under the driving of an external driving mechanism to thereby repeatedly knock a surface to be derusted, and an end of each of the bullets away from the driving mechanism is a knocking portion for derusting conveniently. The bullet-carried rust removal mechanism has a relatively small volume and a position to be derusted can be accurately positioned during derusting.

A method for the manufacture of a component comprises the following steps, in sequence using an additive layer manufacturing process to build a three-dimensional net shape of the component; performing a first abrasive blasting operation on a region of a surface of the component; and performing a second abrasive blasting operation on the region. The angle of incidence of the abrasive on the surface in the first abrasive blasting operation is less than the angle of incidence of the abrasive on the surface in the second abrasive blasting operation.
Systems and methods for cutting materials
Systems and methods suitable for cutting a material and deburring devices for performing a deburring operation on an edge of the material. Such a system includes a frame and table systems supported by the frame. Each table system includes a table for supporting the material and each table system is independently movable relative to the frame in lateral directions. A first carriage unit and second carriage units are supported by the frame and independently operable to travel in a travel direction transverse to the lateral directions. The first carriage unit includes multiple cutting devices, and the second carriage units includes multiple deburring devices. Each cutting device operates in conjunction with a corresponding one of the deburring devices, and the cutting and deburring devices are independently operable to cause the cutting devices and the deburring devices to simultaneously travel in the travel direction.

A waterjet nozzle is provided for deflashing a leadless package device. The waterjet nozzle has a central core having a conically shaped passage between a nozzle inlet, lying in a first plane, and a nozzle outlet, lying in a second plane. The nozzle includes a groove, in the waterjet nozzle, above a third plane defining an end of the waterjet nozzle, along a first line in the third plane. A tube connects the nozzle outlet to the groove. The nozzle includes a flange, lying below the third plane along a second line, in the third plane, intersecting the first line. The waterjet nozzle may be used to deflash a leadframe package by inserting the flange from a waterjet nozzle into a singulation cut on a lead frame; and injecting a waterjet through the conically-shaped passage from the nozzle inlet through the nozzle outlet.
