An abrasive wheel provided with a piece of sandpaper, including a columnar main body and a tension member. A first surface is formed on the periphery of the main body. The main body forms first and second storage chambers. The first surface forms a channel communicating with the first storage chamber. The second storage chamber extends on one side of the channel, so that one end of a piece of sandpaper enters the first storage chamber to form a restricted part. The other end of the sandpaper is located in the second storage chamber. The tension member is disposed in the first storage chamber, and is provided with a guide slot, so that the restricted part enters the guide slot through the channel, and the restricted part is guided to adhere to the circumferential wall as the tension member rotates, the sandpaper stretches tight and adheres to the first surface.

In the sandpaper, a plurality of cutoff holes is formed in one side periphery of the sandpaper in a lengthwise direction.
