VICE JAW QUICK DEMOUNTING STRUCTURE
A vice jaw quick demounting structure, comprising a vice main body, a lead screw positioning seat, a lead screw, and first and second jaw sets, characterized in that: the first and second jaw sets both have a slide, a jaw and a limiting component; the top wall of the slide is protruded to form a limiting block, one side of the slide is protruded to form a -shaped stop block, and the left and right side walls are both configured with first and second embedding slots; the jaw has a slide chamber, and its front and rear side inner walls are respectively provided with a
-shaped containing groove, and the left and right side walls of the jaw are respectively configured with a through hole; the limiting component goes through the through hole and can slide between the first and second embedding slots.
CLAMPING DEVICE AND RELATED LEVER TYPE CAPPING MACHINE
A clamping device that can be installed in a capping machine for substantially cylindrical caps, including prisms that are placed in contact with each other so as to create a cavity in which a cap can be housed and are free to translate with respect to each other away from or towards an axis of symmetry of the cavity, in order to clamp and/or compress the cap housed in said cavity, said clamping device wherein a first and a second prism form a first pair and a third and a fourth prism form a second pair in which at least the first and/or second pair includes guiding means configured to allow a linear type translation and to perform an at least one-directional, preferably bidirectional retention action of the prisms of each pair with respect to each other.
Armorer tool system for assembly and servicing AR platform firearms
An armorer tool system for distributing the applied torque over a very wide surface, associated with assembling and disassembling primarily the barrel and the lower receiver extension of an AR platform firearms, independently of the specifications of their barrel extension, lower receiver and upper receiver external features, and magazine well geometry; and methods of using the tools are also disclosed.
Self-centering vise structure
A self-centering vise structure includes a vise body, a guide screw, a positioning unit, a first movable jaw unit, and a second movable jaw unit. The vise body is provided with a guide way. The positioning unit is provided with two fixed portions each provided with an elongate slot. The positioning unit is provided with two locking screws each extending through the elongate slot of each of the two fixed portions and is screwed into the guide way of the vise body. The elongate slot of each of the two fixed portions is moved relative to each of the two locking screws, and the positioning unit is moved relative to the vise body, to micro-adjust a central location of the self-centering vise structure.
Fixing jig
A fixing jig includes a support plate for supporting a workpiece. A fixing member is arranged on the support plate and defines a receiving groove penetrating a bottom surface of the fixing member. A stopper is slidably received in the receiving groove. A bottom surface of the stopper is flush with the bottom surface of the fixing member and contacts the support plate. An end of the stopper extends out of the receiving groove and abuts against the workpiece. The adjusting member is coupled to the fixing member. One end of the adjusting member extends into the receiving groove and is coupled to the stopper. The adjusting member is used to adjust a position of the stopper. The locking member is arranged on the adjusting member and used to lock a position of the adjusting member, thereby locking the position of the stopper.
CENTERING VICE
A centering vice is provided, including: a base, a clamp assembly and an adjusting assembly. The base includes a sliding groove extending in a first direction and a first abutting portion. The clamp assembly includes a first jaw portion and a second jaw portion. The adjusting assembly includes a threaded rod, a positioning member and two adjusting members. The threaded rod includes a first threaded segment, a second threaded segment and a positioning portion. The positioning member is immovably connected to the positioning portion and disposed between the two adjusting members, and the two adjusting members respectively have a second abutting portion abutted against the first abutting portion. The two adjusting members are movable relative to the base in a second direction lateral to the first direction to urge the positioning member to move in the first direction.
CLAMPING MEANS SYSTEM CAPABLE OF AUTOMATION
A clamping means system including a bearing device and clamping vices, which fit into the bearing device and respectively have on their base area machine coupling system and on their side faces and flanks a bearing receiving contour and a gripping receiving contour. The bearing receiving contour has the greatest play; the fit between the gripper and the gripper receiving contour is of moderate precision, while the precision of the machine coupling system is the greatest. The clear functional separation between the machine coupling system and the bearing receiving contour or gripper receiving contour allows a reliable low-cost system to be constructed. Furthermore, in the case of mixed partly automated systems, in which parts of the handling tasks are performed by the operator and other parts are performed by gripping robots, the handling is possible in an easy and intuitive way.
Floating jaw assembly for use with machinist vises
An improved floating jaw assembly to a machinist vise assembly capable of holding a plurality of individual workpieces, the vise assembly generally including a base with a way or ways, a fixed jaw mounted on the ways, at least one movable jaw slidably mounted on the ways to move toward and away from the fixed jaw on a longitudinal axis in such a manner that at least one workpiece can be securely held between the fixed jaw and the at least one movable jaw, and a mechanism for moving the movable jaw toward and away from the fixed jaw to clamp and unclamp workpieces. The floating jaw assembly includes at least one floating jaw plate attached to the vise assembly by means of mounting pins and openings in the floating jaw plates for adjustable movement of the floating jaw plates along the longitudinal axis of the vise assembly and for articulated movement of the floating jaw plates in a plane substantially parallel to the base of the vise assembly and about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the vise assembly so that the floating jaw plates can, in cooperation with adjoining jaws or plates, adjust to and securely hold workpieces. In addition, the floating jaw assembly includes a means of forcing the at least one floating jaw plate downward and securely against the ways of the vise assembly as the at least one movable jaw moves toward the fixed jaw, along with the intermediary at least one floating jaw plate, when clamping a workpiece. The floating jaw plates can be bisected longitudinally so that each bisected jaw plate can move independently of the bisected jaw plate and allow for even greater adjustable and articulated movement of each bisected floating jaw plate. The floating jaw assembly can be added as an accessory to a conventional vise assembly.
