HAND TOOL AND A METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME
A handle extends about a first axis and includes a bifurcated portion. The bifurcated portion includes a concave face and two screw holes along a second axis. A toothed ring extends about a third axis and includes a convex face in compliance with the concave face and two bores along a fourth axis. The toothed ring is moved into a space in the concave face while keeping the third axis parallel to the second axis. The third axis is overlapped with the second axis and a center of the toothed ring is near or coincides with a middle point of a segment of the second axis in the bifurcated portion. The toothed ring is rotated about the first axis so that the fourth axis is overlapped with the second axis and the bores are aligned with the screw holes. Two screws are inserted in the screw holes and the bores.
Adjustable wrench
A wrench, connectable to a standard square shaped extension, has a wrench head with opposed jaw faces which together define a plane that lies perpendicular to the respective jaw faces. A standard square shaped extension socket is affixed to the wrench head, where a standard square shaped extension can be inserted into the standard extension socket, along a direction that is non-orthogonal to the transverse plane. The standard extension socket can be attached to a frame of the wrench head, or to a rotatable guide which controls movement the opposed jaw face which is movable.

Torque wrench
A torque wrench including a head, a handle, a primary beam, a secondary beam, and a torque adjustment mechanism. The primary beam couples the head and the handle for co-rotation about the rotational axis and the primary beam includes a first end adjacent the head and a second end adjacent the handle. The secondary beam is coupled to the head for rotation with the head about the rotational axis and the secondary beam is movable relative to the primary beam and the handle. The torque adjustment mechanism adjusts a torque setting of the primary beam relative to the secondary beam. The torque adjustment mechanism includes a thumb adjustment wheel that a user rotates about a first axis to adjust the torque setting by moving the second end of the primary beam relative to the handle along a second axis offset from the first axis.
Toggler structure for ratchet wrench
A toggler structure for a ratchet wrench includes an elongated toggler arranged between a locking member and a direction switch member of the ratchet wrench. The rear side of the toggler includes at least two connecting portions. At least two elastic elements are arranged between the connecting portions of the direction switch member and the toggler in order to provide an elastic force to push the toggler to abut against the locking member. The elongated toggler can be applied to a ratchet structure of a greater thickness in order to increase the structural strength and operational torque of the ratchet wrench. Furthermore, the elastic elements can provide a uniform elastic force in the length direction of the toggler, thereby allowing the locking member to engage with the ratchet structure properly.
Ratchet tool
A ratchet tool comprises a base, a ratchet body, a switching member and a pawl member. The base has a rail and is movable with linear motion along the rail between a first position and a second position, the ratchet body has plural teeth, and the pawl member is engaged with the switching member and comprises plural ratchet teeth, a first abutting portion and a second abutting portion. When the switching member is movable to the first position, the pawl member is pivotally rotated to a third position to make the ratchet teeth mesh with the teeth and the first abutting portion abut against the base, therefore the ratchet body enables to rotate along a first rotation direction. When the switching member is movable to the second position, the pawl member is pivotally rotated to a fourth position to make the ratchet teeth mesh with the teeth and the second abutting portion abut against the base, therefore the ratchet body enables to rotate along a second rotation direction.
Wrench Structure
A wrench structure includes a main body provided with a drive portion, a shank, a protruding block, a handle, a first connecting portion, and a second connecting portion. The shank has two first faces and two second faces formed on two sides thereof. The protruding block has two third faces and two fourth faces. The handle has two fifth faces and two sixth faces. The first connecting portion has two seventh faces and two eighth faces. Thus, the main body is sequentially provided with the drive portion, the shank, the second connecting portion, the protruding block, the first connecting portion, and the handle. The shank, the protruding block, the first connecting portion, and the handle have different height and width defined therebetween.
ANTI-VIBRATION RATCHET WRENCH
An anti-vibration ratchet wrench includes a main body, a ratchet member and an elastic member. The main body includes a driving portion. The driving portion has a through hole and a driving axis. The ratchet member is sleeved in the through hole of the driving portion, and includes a ratchet tooth portion and an outer groove. The ratchet tooth portion is disposed around an inner annular surface of the ratchet member. The outer groove is disposed around an outer annular surface of the ratchet member. The elastic member is disposed in the outer groove, and located between the ratchet member and the driving portion. The ratchet member has a height along a direction parallel to the driving axis, and a disposed position of the outer groove is located between one third to two third of the height.
Screwing tool
A screwing tool, including an elongate handle which, at each of the two ends thereof, bears a head pivotable about a pivot axis and having two torque transmission flanks in each case and has a force application flank for introducing a force in order to produce a torque on the head remote from the relevant force application flank, wherein, in a pivoting end position of the head, in which a stop of the head lies against a counter stop of the handle, a narrow side of the head functionally directed away from the stop forms an extension of the force application flank. The second head forms an extension of the force application flank and can be used as a hand grip.
Torque wrench with improved torque setting adjustment
A torque wrench (100, 400) may include a body (410), a force detector (420) operably coupled to the body and configured to detect a bending force applied to the body, and a user interface (140) operably coupled to the body and the force detector. The user interface may be configured to include a setting mode in which a variable feature of the torque wrench is adjustable. The user interface may be further configured to, when in the setting mode, adjust the variable feature based on the bending force applied to the body and detected by the force detector.
