Concrete pressure wrench
A wrench for opening and closing a clamp having a lever includes a handle section, a leverage section, and a locking assembly. The leverage section is coupled to the handle section. The leverage section includes an engagement surface to engage the clamp and an opening formed therein, the opening being configured to receive the lever of the clamp therein. The locking assembly is coupled to the leverage section. The locking assembly is configured to releasably secure the leverage section to the lever of the clamp when the lever is received within the opening of the leverage section.
JIMMY TWIST WRENCH WITH SHAFT AND HANDLE APPARATUS AND A METHOD OF USING SAME
The present invention relates to an adjustable wrench with shaft and turn handle apparatus and a method of using same. The invention encompasses a Jimmy Twist which is an inventive apparatus comprising an adjustable wrench at one end of a shaft, a turn handle at the opposite end, and a method of using same. The turn handle, stop, eyelet, and wrench are all adjustable, while the turn handle is capable of rotating the attached shaft. The tool can be used to screw a rod, such as, a threaded iron rod, into its desired location, such as, into a coupler. The inventive Jimmy Twist allows the easy screwing of a DBS (Dowel Bar Substitute) into a coupler. The Jimmy Twist is very quick and easy to use, and is lightweight. The Jimmy Twist also has at least one eyelet to stabilize the rod that is being screwed.

TORQUE SLIDER TONG ASSEMBLY
A torque slider tong assembly provides a safe, convenient, light weight, portable, hand-operable dual pipe wrench for use in makeup and breakout of tubular connections. The torque-slider tong assembly includes a backup arm forming a first pipe wrench gripping a first pipe, a torque arm forming a second pipe wrench gripping a second pipe, and an actuator providing motive force moving the torque arm relative to the backup arm transverse to the pipes, which rotates the pipes relative to each other. A torque slider adjustably connects the actuator to the backup arm to adjust the mechanical advantage between the backup arm and the torque arm providing additional setup flexibility. Similarly, a movable pivot point, such as a clevis, adjustably connects the actuator to the torque arm providing additional setup flexibility. Quick-change pins allow positional adjustment of multiple components.
WRENCH WITH OVER-CENTER JAWS
A drilling machine having a three jaw system on each of two wrench assemblies, for gripping and rotating a pipe. Each wrench assembly has a frame, and hosts a trio of jaws: a lower jaw on a sliding subframe, and two upper jaws, each on an arm which is pivotally attached to the sliding subframe. Actuators, such as hydraulic cylinders, extend between the frame and one of the arms. As actuators extend, the subframe is carried toward a pipe joint. Upon contact between the pipe joint and the lower jaw, the arms pivot, causing the upper jaws to contact and grip the pipe joint. The wrenches of the wrench assembly may be adjustable relative to one another along a longitudinal axis of the pipe.
Multiple-tooled hammer
A multi-tooled hammer with an auxiliary tool mountable to the hammer, the hammer including a hammer-head attached to a handle, the hammer-head including a top-end and the handle including a butt-end. The hammer also has a shank-way defining an internal passage within the hammer, from the top end of the hammer-head to the butt-end of the handle. The auxiliary tool has a tool-head and a tool-shank, with the tool-shank receivable into the shank-way of the hammer, and the tool-head augmented by the hammer in tasks performed by the multi-tooled hammer. The multi-tooled hammer is a versatile, practical, and effective hand-tool for both experienced and unskilled tool users.
Torque-transmitting, locking instrument holder and method for operating the instrument holder
A torque-transmitting, locking instrument holder, includes a hollow body having a proximal end for receiving an instrument, a distal end for protrusion of the instrument, and a handle to be gripped by an operator. A device is provided for locking the handle to and unlocking the handle from the instrument at least partly disposed within the hollow body. A method for operating the instrument holder includes providing a hollow body having a proximal end for receiving an instrument, a distal end for protrusion of the instrument, and a handle to be gripped by an operator. The instrument is placed at least partly within the hollow body and the handle is locked to and unlocked from the instrument.
Torque-Transmitting, Locking Instrument Holder and Method for Operating the Instrument Holder

Pipe wrench with hook shank spacer
A shank spacer member and its attachment to a pipe wrench is described. The shank spacer member prevents contact between a pipe or other work piece and a shank portion of a movable jaw when the pipe is positioned in the wrench. Upon application of torque to the wrench, the member and its placement on the wrench provides increased gripping force by the wrench upon the pipe.
