Forced air cooling from piston movements of nailer tool
A fastener driving tool that forces air from its variable venting volume beneath the piston of the working cylinder and directs that forced air through passageways and toward an electronic controller and/or an electric motor before being vented to atmosphere, thereby drawing heat away from those components during an operational cycle of the movable piston. When the piston returns to its initial position, environmental air is drawn through the same passageways, again past the electronic controller and/or electric motor, thereby twice cooling these “hot” components during a single operational cycle.

DEVICE
A device includes a first member having a first surface, and a second member having a second surface that is partially or wholly in contact with the first surface. The first member and the second member are configured to operate relatively. The first member has a flow path of a lubricant that has an opening provided in the first surface.
Head Valve System for Air Spring Power Tool
A power tool includes an air spring cylinder. A piston is movably positioned within the cylinder. A head valve assembly of the power tool includes a flapper valve configured to seal the air spring cylinder from an air accumulator when the flapper valve is in a non-firing position.

Driving tool
When a driving piston starts moving upward toward its top dead center or starts moving downward, a second engaging portion engageable with a second rack of a driver is configured to receive a force. The second engaging portion of a second wheel is provided with high strength and wear resistance. Because of this configuration, a cost of production and maintenance replacement parts can be reduced, in comparison with a case where a total mechanism, including first engaging portions of a first wheel, is provided with high strength and wear resistance.

GAS SPRING FASTENER DRIVER
A fastener driver includes a main housing, a drive blade movable from a retracted position to a driven position for driving a fastener into a workpiece, and a gas spring mechanism for driving the drive blade from the retracted position to the driven position. The gas spring mechanism includes a piston movable between a retracted position and a driven position. The fastener driver also includes an extensible cylinder for moving the drive blade from the driven position toward the retracted position. The extensible cylinder includes a cylinder housing coupled one of the main housing or the drive blade, and a rod coupled to the other of the main housing or the drive blade. A vacuum is created in the cylinder housing for biasing the drive blade toward the retracted position.

DRIVE BLADE LUBRICATION ASSEMBLY AND POWERED FASTENER DRIVER CONTAINING THE SAME
A drive blade lubrication assembly for use in a powered fastener driver (10). The powered fastener driver (10) contains a drive blade (42) which snap-fits with a reciprocating piston (58) by a blade seal (103) assembly. The drive blade lubrication assembly contains a lubricant applying member adapted to apply lubricant to a portion of the drive blade (42); and a lubricant storing device which is in fluid communication with the lubricant applying member. The lubricating storing device is adapted to replenish the lubricant in the lubricant applying member. A powered fastener driver (10) containing a drive blade lubrication assembly is also described. The use of the lubricant storing device in the present invention ensures that lubricant is continuously supplied to the drive blade (42) after long time usage of the powered fastener driver (10), so that friction between the drive blade and the blade seal assembly is minimized
