COVER FOR A HAMMER TOOL AND SYSTEMS, ASSEMBLIES, AND METHODS THEREOF
A cover for a hammer tool and systems, assemblies, and methods thereof can be flexible and can comprise a body; a first attachment interface at a first end portion of the body; and a second attachment interface at a second end portion of the body separated from the first end portion of the body. A predefined hinge can be formed in the body of the cover, between the first attachment interface and the second attachment interface. The cover can be configured to be fixedly coupled to a housing of a hammer tool via the first attachment interface. The cover can be configured to be removably coupled to the housing of the hammer tool via the second attachment interface.
POWER TOOL
A power tool has a motor, a rotary shaft and a housing. The rotary shaft has a first end portion on a first direction side and a second end portion on a second direction side in an axial direction of the rotary shaft. The housing is configured to store a lubricant on the first direction side of the first end portion of the rotary shaft. The rotary shaft has a first hole and a second hole. The first hole extends in the axial direction and that has a first opening in the first end portion of the rotary shaft. The second hole extends in a direction crossing an axis of the rotary shaft, that communicates with the first hole. The second hole has a second opening in an outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft. A spiral part is provided within the first hole.

POWER TOOL
To reduce size increase, a power tool includes a motor, an output shaft located frontward from the motor, rotatable by the motor, and having an insertion hole extending rearward from a front end of the output shaft, a bearing supporting the output shaft in a rotatable manner, a locking member supported by the output shaft and movable to a locking position for locking a tip tool placed in the insertion hole and to an unlocking position for unlocking the tip tool, a bit sleeve surrounding the output shaft, and movable to a movement-restricting position for restricting radially outward movement of the locking member and to a movement-permitting position for permitting radially outward movement of the locking member, and an operable member operable to move the bit sleeve and at least partly overlapping the bearing in an axial direction.
POWER TOOL
A power tool contains one or more moving parts coated with a lubricant to reduce friction. The lubricant is intended to be sealed within a housing of the power tool. In order to better prevent leakage of the lubricant to the exterior of the housing, the housing and/or a component supported by the housing includes a part exhibiting oil repellency. The oil repellency is preferably imparted at least at a junction of the housing and the component supported by the housing. The oil repellency may be imparted by applying a fluorine-based coating or a nanocoating to the junction. In addition or in the alternative, the oil repellency may be imparted by forming a portion or all of the housing from a resin material containing an oil-repelling component and/or by attaching an oil-repellant component at or proximal to the junction.
Bearing Device
A bearing device includes at least one bearing element. The at least one bearing element has at least one bearing running surface and at least one lubricant pocket. The at least one lubricant pocket is configured to lubricate at least a portion of the bearing running surface of the at least one bearing element. A method of producing the at least one bearing element includes forming the at least one lubricant pocket in the at least one bearing element at least partly by a non-cutting production method.
Percussion tool
A percussion tool, for performing a chiseling operation on a workpiece with a chisel, comprises a housing including a front side, and rear side, and opposite lateral sides extending between the front and rear sides, a first handle coupled to a first of the lateral sides of the housing, a second handle coupled to a second of the lateral sides of the housing, the first and second handles oriented coaxially along a handle axis, an electric motor positioned within the housing, a percussion mechanism driven by the motor and including a striker supported for reciprocation relative to the housing along a striker axis, and a light source that produces light to illuminate the workpiece. The chisel is configured to deliver repeated axial impacts to the workpiece in response to receiving repeated axial impacts from the striker.

Insert bushing arrangement, breaking hammer and related method
An insert bushing arrangement of a breaking hammer, a breaking hammer and a method of supporting a breaking tool of a breaking hammer is provided. The insert bushing arrangement includes a bearing support inside which an insert bushing is mountable. Between the bearing support and the insert bushing is one or more intermediate material layers for preventing jamming of the components.
Percussion tool
A percussion tool comprises a housing and an electric motor positioned within the housing. The percussion tool further comprises a battery pack supported by the housing for providing power to the motor. The battery pack includes a plurality of battery cells having a nominal voltage of up to 120 Volts. The percussion tool further comprises a percussion mechanism driven by the motor and including a striker supported for reciprocation in the housing. The percussion tool has a ratio of impact energy to mass that is greater than or equal to 2.5 Joules/kilogram.
