Power tool having a hammer mechanism
A movable support at least partially supports a final output shaft and a driving mechanism, and is integrally movable relative to a housing in an axial direction of a driving axis. A biasing member biases the movable support toward a front side in the axial direction. A first guide shaft extends in the axial direction and slidably guides the movement of the movable support in the axial direction. At least one intermediate shaft rotates in response to rotation of a motor shaft and transmit power of the motor to the driving mechanism. At least one bearing supports an end portion of the at least one intermediate shaft is located in the front side in the axial direction. A single metal support is immovable relative to the housing and supports the at least one bearing. The single metal support has a first hole for partially receiving the first guide shaft.
Power drill
The invention relates to a power drill, having a tool-clamping device that is fastened to a spindle shaft, having a torque clutch that includes an axially movable clutch plate on which an axial force is exerted by a plurality of compression springs that cooperate at least indirectly with an adjusting nut situated on a housing component. The compression springs are accommodated in first recesses embodied in the longitudinal direction of the housing component. A device for axially moving an axial bearing situated on the spindle shaft, is provided at the end of the spindle shaft oriented toward the tool-clamping device. According to the invention, on its side oriented toward the clutch plate, the device for axially moving the axial bearing has at least one actuating section that is situated in a second recess of the housing component and on the side oriented toward the clutch plate, cooperates with an adjusting element for the device.
HYDRAULIC PERCUSSION APPARATUS EQUIPPED WITH A SEALING DEVICE
This hydraulic percussion apparatus, includes a guide body; a striking piston which is slidably mounted inside the guide body; a sealing device which is mounted in an annular retaining groove provided on the guide body so as to produce a sealing between a first fluid passage and a second fluid passage. The sealing device comprises includes an inner sealing ring including an inner sealing portion provided with a sealing lip sealingly cooperating with the striking piston, an annular protection portion which is internally delimited by a converging protection surface converging towards the sealing lip, an annular groove which is disposed between the sealing lip and the converging protection surface, and a balancing channel comprising first and second ends opening respectively into the annular groove and into an outer surface of the annular protection portion.
Electropneumatic impact mechanism
An electropneumatic impact mechanism for an electric hand-held power tool, in particular a hammer drill and/or chipping hammer, wherein the impact mechanism has a transmission housing, a guide tube arranged at least partially in the transmission housing, an exciter piston that is movable in the axial direction in the guide tube, a connecting rod coupled to the exciter piston, and an eccentric wheel which is coupled to the connecting rod on one side and is mounted so as to be rotatable with respect to the transmission housing on the other side, wherein the impact mechanism has a bearing body on which the eccentric wheel is mounted rotatably by means of a pair of plain bearings.
COMPOSITE GEARWHEEL FOR AN ELECTROPNEUMATIC HAMMER DRILL
Composite gearwheel for an electropneumatic hammer drill, wherein the composite gearwheel has a basic body, consisting of a first material, and an encircling toothing, and wherein the encircling toothing is formed, along a first circular arc, by a toothed body of the composite gearwheel, and is formed, along the remaining second circular arc, by the basic body itself, wherein the toothed body consists of a second material that is different than the first material.
LINEAR ELECTRIC MACHINE
A linear electric machine includes a mover and a stator. The mover includes permanent magnets, and the stator includes a ferromagnetic core-structure and windings for conducting electric currents. The linear electric machine includes support structures on both sides of the ferromagnetic core-structure and supporting the mover to be linearly movable with respect to the stator in the longitudinal direction of the linear electric machine. At least one of the support structures includes a support element arranged to keep the mover a distance away from solid metal constituting a frame-portion of the support structure. The support element includes material whose electrical conductivity is less than that of the solid metal. As the mover is kept the distance away from the solid metal, eddy currents induced by the moving permanent magnets to the solid metal are reduced.
Hand-held machine tool
A machine tool includes a tool holder and a pneumatic striking mechanism that includes, on a working axis, an exciter piston, a beater, and a pneumatic chamber disposed between the exciter piston and the beater. The exciter piston is drivable by the motor and includes a pot-shaped base body, a seal ring, and a tube-shaped cladding body. The pot-shaped base body has a lateral wall enclosing the working axis and a collar which protrudes in a radial direction. The tube-shaped cladding body is disposed on the pot-shaped base body surrounding the lateral wall. A groove is defined between the collar and the tube-shaped cladding body and the seal ring is disposed in the groove.
Hand-held power tool with detachable clamped connection
A hand-held power tool has a tool socket 2, a drive 5, 6 for driving the tool socket 2, and a housing 19 in which the drive 5, 6 is accommodated. A stationary part 14 of the drive 5 is connected by means of at least one detachable clamped connection 21 to at least one element 19, whereby the element 19 is the housing 19 or another stationary part of the drive 5, 6.
