11534840 · 2022-12-27 ·

A depth limiting device includes a braking structure; a limited shrinking structure, the limited shrinking structure including a part that surrounds a moving object and being in a home position or a compressed position; and a structure adapted for pushing the limited shrinking structure to the home position. The braking structure brakes the moving object such that the moving object moves together with the depth limiting device. When the moving object enters into a subject, the part of the limited shrinking structure is pressed against the subject, and the limited shrinking structure moves from the home position to the compressed position and stops the moving object from entering further into the subject.

A tool for removing a coating from an interior surface of a component. The tool includes a rotary device; a grinding attachment attached to the rotary device; a tool holder configured to: set an axial position of the grinding attachment coupled to the rotary device over the coating on the interior surface of the component; and set a radial position of the grinding attachment coupled to the rotary device, the radial position defining a cutting depth of the grinding attachment into the coating on the interior surface of the component; and a wheel assembly coupled to the tool holder for guiding the tool holder about an interior perimeter of the component.

Drive guide

A drive guide connectable to a power tool includes a shank, a barrel, and a sleeve. The shank includes a tool coupling portion and a barrel coupling portion. The barrel is coupled to the barrel coupling portion of the shank. The barrel includes a bit coupling portion configured to couple to a tool bit. The barrel also includes a first depth indicium disposed on a surface of the barrel and a second depth indicium disposed on the surface of the barrel. The second depth indicium is circumferentially spaced about the barrel from the first depth indicium. The sleeve is disposed concentrically about and slidable along the barrel. An edge of the sleeve provides a visual indicator to determine depth based on the first and second depth indicia.

Hand-Held Power Tool having a Height Adjustment Device

A hand-held power tool, more particularly a router, includes (i) a housing in which a drive unit for driving an insertion tool is disposed; (ii) a base plate for guiding the hand-held power tool on a workpiece surface, the base plate being height-adjustable on the housing, and the base plate having an opening, through which the insertion tool at least partly extends; and (iii) a height adjustment device for setting a working height of the base plate on the housing relative to the insertion tool. A setting aid is provided which allows height adjustment of a bottom of the base plate by way of the height adjustment device such that said bottom is flush with a predefined cutting edge of the insertion tool.

SIDE HANDLE

A rail has a guide surface on which the locking block is guided in a bearing manner between a position locking the bar, in which the toothed side engages in the toothed long side, and an unlocked position, in which the toothed side is not engaged with the toothed long side. A spring pretensions the locking block into the locking position. The guided side and/or the guide surface have a flank that is inclined with respect to the bar axis such that the locking block is forced in the direction of the bar in the event of a movement along the bar axis.

A mobile machine tool, namely a manually-operated machine tool (10) or semi-stationary machine tool (10), for machining a workpiece (W), wherein the machine tool (10) has a plate-like guide element (30) with a guide surface (32) for guiding the machine tool (10) on the workpiece (W) or the workpiece (W) on the machine tool (10), wherein the machine tool (10) has a drive unit (11) with a drive motor (13) for driving a tool holder (14) arranged on the drive unit (11), wherein the machine tool (10) is provided with a tool sensor arrangement (61, 62) for detecting a workpiece contact region in which a work tool (15) arranged on the tool holder (14), is in contact with the workpiece (W). The tool sensor arrangement (61, 62) comprises at least two tool sensors (61, 62), the detection ranges of which (EB1, EB2) are assigned to different partial workpiece contact regions (WK1, WK2) of the workpiece contact region.

Mobile machine tool

A mobile machine tool (10), namely a manually-operated machine tool or semi-stationary machine tool, for machining a workpiece (W), wherein the machine tool has a plate-like guide element (30) with a guide surface (32) for guiding the machine tool on the workpiece (W) or the workpiece (W) on the machine tool, wherein the machine tool has a drive unit (11) with a drive motor (13) for driving a tool holder (14) arranged on the drive unit (11), wherein the drive unit (11) is, by means of a bearing arrangement (35), mounted adjustably on the guide element (30) in order to adjust at least two adjustment positions (S0, S1, S2) of the tool holder (14) relative to the guide surface (32), wherein at least one adjustment position (S0, S1, S2) corresponds to a workpiece machining position in which the work tool (15) arranged on the tool holder (14).

PROJECTED SCALE FOR DEPTH MEASUREMENT
20170225284 · 2017-08-10 · ·

A device for determining a penetration depth in a drilled hole which is drilled into a workpiece (W) from a workpiece surface (WO) with a drill of a drilling machine. The device contains at least one light source for projecting a light field is provided onto a workpiece (W) to be processed by the drilling machine. The light source is positioned with respect to the drilling machine in such a way that a centre axis (L) of the light source runs at an angle (a) with respect to a central axis (L) of the drilling machine, and at least a first blocking element for partially covering the light source is provided, said blocking element forming a reference on the light field.

ROTARY POWER TOOL

A rotary hammer includes a housing, a first motor supported by the housing and defining a first motor axis, a second motor supported by the housing and defining a second motor axis that is coaxial with the first motor axis, and a spindle coupled to the first motor for receiving torque from the first motor, causing the spindle to rotate.
