A metal detector 20 includes a cover 25, a detection signal acquisition unit 31, a determination unit 32, a display unit 24, and a display control unit 34. The detection signal acquisition unit 31 acquires a detection signal that changes according to the detection strength of rebar W1 in concrete W. The determination unit 32 determines the presence or absence of the rebar W1 on the basis of the acquisition result acquired by the detection signal acquisition unit 31. The display unit 24 displays the presence or absence of the rebar W1 by lighting lamps in different colors. The display control unit 34 controls so as to switch the color of the light displayed on the display unit 24 on the basis of the determination result by the determination unit 32.

An accessory for an electric drill is disclosed as including a dust box for receiving abraded materials produced by an electric drill on a workpiece, the dust box including an internal cavity, a first longitudinal end with a first opening communicating with the internal cavity, an opposite second longitudinal end with a second opening communicating with the internal cavity, and a brush or a disc. When a drill bit of the electric drill is received into the internal cavity of the dust box through the second opening, the brush or disc is releasably engageable with the drill bit for simultaneous rotational movement about a longitudinal axis of the drill bit.

A power tool including a housing and a motor assembly arranged to rotate a cutting tool. The motor is mounted in the housing. At least one guide post is slidably mounted to the housing. The power tool includes a base fixed to the guide post. A depth adjustment mechanism is arranged to adjust the distance the cutting tool projects through the base. The depth adjustment mechanism has a depth rod adjustably mounted to the housing and arranged to engage the base when the housing is plunged towards the base. The depth adjustment mechanism also has a depth adjustment knob mechanically coupled to the depth rod and moving the depth rod with respect to the housing. The depth adjustment mechanism further has a locking knob for selectively locking the depth rod. One of the depth adjustment knob and the locking knob at least partially is nested within the other.
Rotary power tool
A rotary hammer includes a housing, a first motor supported by the housing and defining a first motor axis, a second motor supported by the housing and defining a second motor axis that is coaxial with the first motor axis, and a spindle coupled to the first motor for receiving torque from the first motor, causing the spindle to rotate. The rotary hammer further includes a reciprocation mechanism operable to create a variable pressure air spring within the spindle. The reciprocation mechanism includes a piston configured to reciprocate within the spindle in response to receiving torque from the second motor, a striker that is selectively reciprocable within the spindle in response to reciprocation of the piston, and an anvil that is impacted by the striker when the striker reciprocates towards the tool bit. The anvil imparts axial impacts to the tool bit.

An electric device, including a body, a working module, a control module, and a radar, where the radar includes: an antenna unit, configured to transmit and receive an electromagnetic wave signal; a transmitting unit, configured to generate an electromagnetic wave signal transmitted by the antenna unit; a receiving unit, configured to process an electromagnetic wave signal received by the antenna unit; and a control unit, connected to the transmitting unit and the receiving unit; where the antenna unit, the transmitting unit, the receiving unit, and the control unit are integrated in one chip. The described chip-type radar is small in size and low in cost, the detection accuracy is improved through the combination of multiple radars, and the influence on appearance design is minimized.

The disclosure relates to a system, comprising a vacuum apparatus having a vacuum apparatus housing and having at least one vacuum apparatus mains socket, the at least one vacuum apparatus mains socket being attached to the vacuum apparatus housing.
